Air Pirate: Ah, Vyse, you're here. It looks like we can access the rest of the ship through this passage.

Air Pirate: I'll guard the door. You go on ahead and secure the rest of the ship. Go teach those Valuans a thing or two!

Air Pirate: I'll guard the door. You go on ahead and secure the rest of the ship. Go teach those Valuans a thing or two!

Alfonso: Well... well... Air Pirates have decided to... infest my ship.

Alfonso: What?! How did you defeat my soldiers? Heh... If you want my ship that badly, you can have it. I'll get another.

Alfonso: I am very busy. I do not have time to deal with you personally. Now, if you'll excuse me...

Alfonso: Hah! You'll never get through this door! I've locked it from this side!

Alfonso: So long, Rogue. Hah hah hah!

Vyse: Damn... This door is solid metal. There's no way I can force it open.

Vyse: Damn... The door's locked.

Alfonso: Well... well... Air Pirates have decided to... infest my ship.

Alfonso: I am Alfonso, cherished son of Valua's most distinguished family, and an Admiral of the Imperial Armada.

Alfonso: Normally, lowlifes such as yourselves would never have the opportunity to bask in such greatness. Consider yourselves fortunate.

Vyse: Yeah... right... Who's the girl?

Vyse: I never thought someone of your... stature would stoop to kidnapping.

Alfonso: Hah! You're very observant for a Rogue. However, I cannot waste my time dealing with you.

Alfonso: I simply must get going. I think I shall have you exterminated like the pests you are...

Alfonso: Dispose of them!

Vice Captain: Your Excellency, the sun is up and visibility is good. The preparations for your escape have been completed.

Alfonso: Good work. I have finished my preparations as well...

Alfonso: ... preparations to dispose of a traitor.

Vice Captain: W... what?

Vice Captain: P... please! Your Excellency!!! What are you doing?!

Alfonso: I cannot tell the Empress that I lost my ship to the Air Pirates in a fair fight. I am going to need a scapegoat and you'll do quite nicely.

Alfonso: To keep my glorious reputation from being tarnished, you must be sacrificed...

Vice Captain: N... no! You can't do this!

Vice Captain: Aaaaaaahhhh!

Alfonso: Even in death, he'll serve me well. I can't wait to tell the Empress...

Alfonso: "But Empress, my own Vice Captain betrayed us and allowed the Air Pirates on board... I could do naught but dispose of the traitor myself."

So, this is how Valua treats its people...

Alfonso: What?!

Vyse: Now that we've taken control of your ship, we'll be taking the girl as well. There's just one more thing I need to do.

Vyse: After seeing you kill an unarmed man in cold blood, I can't allow you to walk away from this. Draw your blade, Alfonso!

Alfonso: Hah... An uncivilized Rogue such as yourself wants to challenge me?

Alfonso: You aren't worth my effort, but perhaps you'd like to meet one of my pets. Come, Antonio!

Vyse: What? What is that thing?!

Alfonso: He's my personal war beast. I was going to leave him here, but it seems I've found a use for him after all.

Alfonso: Antonio! Trample the pests... and make their deaths as painful as possible.

Alfonso: Bah! Perhaps there is more to you than meets the eye.

Alfonso: Well, Vyse of the Blue Rogues... You will rue this day... the day you stood against the Valuan Empire. We shall meet again.

Aika: You coward! What kind of a commander sacrifices his own men and his ship to run from a fight?

Aika: Well, even though he was a coward, he was a coward with gold...

Vyse: True... I suppose that the ship and everything on it officially belong to us now.

Aika: We haven't had a catch this big for quite some time! The people back home are going to be impressed.

Aika: And look at this girl. I've never seen anyone dressed like that before.

Vyse: You're right. She sure doesn't look like she's from around here. I wonder why Valua was trying to kidnap this girl in the first place.

Aika: Hmm... I wonder where she's from...

Aika: Vyse! Over there! Look at the size of that hole!

Vyse: The Moon Stone must have caused that. It must be huge... Aika look! Water is flowing into the Shrine!

Vyse: In the Old World, this island was a sacred place. These ruins used to be some sort of temple. Nobody's been here for generations.

Aika: Yeah, I've heard stories about this place, too. I've heard that there are monsters crawling around inside.

Aika: But Moon Stones that big are rare! We've got to go in and get it! You know how I can't pass up a treasure hunt.

Aika: Besides, how bad can it possibly be?

Vyse: You're right. We're going treasure hunting!

Vyse: It won't budge. The door seems to be stuck. It probably got jarred shut when this island collided with Soltis.

What will you do?: "Return to your ship." "Continue searching the island."

What will you do?: "Return to the Little Jack." "Continue searching the island"

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Continue searching the island"

Vyse: What's this thing made of? I've never seen this material before. It looks almost like... gold. It doesn't feel like gold, though...

me103b.sct[ | ]

Aika: We finally made it. That wasn't too bad!

Vyse: Yeah. But look at the size of that Stone! It'll be an adventure and a half just to get that thing back outside!

Aika: Aaaahh!

Vyse: Aika!? What's wrong?

Aika: Vyse... Those rocks... They're... they're moving!

Aika: Whew... Looks like it won't be getting up anymore. What was that thing?

Vyse: Some kind of ancient guardian, I think. Who knows? Okay Aika, we need to hurry up and secure the Moon Stone.

Aika: That's my kind of plan!

Aika: Wow... This Moon Stone is huge!

Vyse: Yeah, it was definitely worth going through all that trouble. We won't have to worry about fuel for a while!

Aika: It's beautiful... Treasure hunting is definitely my favorite part of being an Air Pirate!

Aika: Wait till everyone back home sees what we found!

You received the "Raw Moon Stone."

Vyse: This is just great... The place is flooded.

Vyse: ... Aika! Look! The Moon Stone is at the bottom!

Aika: Wow! It's so bright! That Moon Stone must be huge!

Aika: So, Vyse... How do you plan on getting it out of there? The water is getting pretty deep...

What will you do?: "Swim down to the bottom." "Find a way to drain the water."

Vyse: Let's swim down there to get it. I think the water is still shallow enough. What do you think?

Aika: No way! You know I can't swim! How am I supposed to help you carry that thing back up here?!

Vyse: Hahaha... Ever since that one time you fell into the well when you were a kid, you've been afraid of the water.

Aika: Besides, I doubt that either of us could swim while carrying that Moon Stone back to the surface. It looks way too heavy!

Vyse: ... Yeah, you're probably right!

Vyse: Let's try and drain the water from this place. That way we can just carry the Moon Stone out of here.

Aika: Well, considering that I can't swim, I like that plan better...

Vyse: But there's still one problem... how are we supposed to drain all of this water, anyway?

Aika: Hey, Vyse. Look over there!

Aika: There's a door over there. Maybe if we can find a way to open it, we can drain the water out of this place.

Vyse: Hmm... You might be right. We'll use the doors as drains.

Aika: Alright! Let's go!

Marco: Wait, Vyse!

Vyse: Marco... you followed us? What's wrong?

Marco: Vyse... Don't go... please...

Marco: My... my mother... and father... were both killed by Valuan soldiers while they were trying to escape from this city!

Marco: There's no way out! Trying to get through the Grand Fortress... It's impossible!

Marco: No one has ever escaped from Valua! You're gonna die this time! I just know it!

Vyse: Your parents... I'm... I'm sorry to hear that, Marco.

Vyse: But, I have to go... I don't have a choice. And every time I hear the word "impossible"... it makes me want to prove everyone wrong.

Vyse: A long time ago, a handful of sailors took a small boat out into uncharted skies.

Vyse: They had no idea what they would find... Monsters... a maelstrom... the end of the world...

Vyse: It was because these sailors challenged the unknown, that new lands were discovered.

Vyse: If we challenge ourselves, and never give up, our own horizons will broaden... in our hearts, and in our minds...

Vyse: I need to push myself every day. I have to know what I can accomplish... I never give up, and so far, nothing has ever stopped me.

Marco: But... but... Vyse...

Vyse: Don't worry about me. I believe that we'll make it out... I will find a way... that's what's keeping me going.

Vyse: I'm going to prove that it's not impossible to escape. Impossible is just a word to let people feel good about themselves when they quit.

Marco: ......

Marco: Vyse... Do you think I could ever be a sailor? If I could ever... sail the skies?

Vyse: Heh, of course! You've got what it takes... I'll be waiting for you... out there!

Marco: Thank you...

Marco: Hey... You really did it. You rescued your friends. I can't believe it. You really are something...

Vyse: Marco! What are you doing here?

Marco: I told you before, right? I live here. I know everything about these sewers.

Marco: This wall was built with a secret door. I took your friends into the secret room just behind me.

Marco: Your friends are waiting in the room right behind me. Hurry up before the guards get smart and come looking through this area.

Briggs the Vice Captain: Alright, we managed to get out of the Coliseum, but now what? We still have to get out of Valua. And that's no easy task by any measure.

Timmus the Gunner: Heh... It's been a while since I've had so much fun! How often do we get to pound on Valuans in their own country?

Borris the Gunner: When they were moving us, they put us on some sort of rail car. I've never seen anything like that before in my whole life.

Borris the Gunner: They got these metal boxes all lined up one after the other, like some big, long bug... That's one strange way to get places.

Landis the Navigator: I can't believe you actually did it, Vyse! You showed those Valuans a thing or two! Haha... You were great!

Luke the Raider: You never cease to amaze me. I never would have thought I'd see you here.

Luke the Raider: But I'm glad you showed up. We all owe you one.

Patch the Deckhand: There are no signs of anyone following us. But, it's probably just a matter of time before they find this place, too.

Patch the Deckhand: Now we just have to try and figure a way to get out of Valua. Heh... Easier said than done, I suppose. But, we've made it this far, at least...

Dyne: Vyse! What are you doing? We need to decide on some sort of plan here! Everyone's lives are at stake! Don't go wandering around!

Vyse: ... Hm? Is it just me, or is the color of the wall here a little different from everywhere else? It's probably nothing.

Vyse: This is where the secret door that led to Upper City was, but it won't budge.

Vyse: Marco is probably the only person who knows how to open it. Oh well... I guess there isn't much I can do.

Vyse: It looks like this ladder leads straight up into the Coliseum...

What will you do?: "Break into the Coliseum!" "Finish up some preparations first."

Vyse: The Coliseum is in a state of confusion right now. We really need to get everyone out of here while we have the chance.

Vyse: The Coliseum is probably crawling with guards. I'd rather not get caught right now, so it's probably better not to climb up the ladder.

me106b.sct[ | ]

Executioner: And now we present the executions of the notorious Air Pirate Dyne and his treacherous band of Blue Rogues!

Executioner: Their crimes include attacking Imperial Air Ships and stealing precious cargo.

Executioner: The price of stealing from Valua is high! And Dyne and his pitiful band will pay... with their heads!

Marco: Heh... Looks like he gave up after all... I knew it...

Marco: Huh?!

Dyne: ...Vyse!

Vyse: Hurry! Run for the opening in the floor!

Aika: Hi, everyone! I missed you guys! We're here to rescue you! Come on, let's go!

Executioner: Well... how very bold of you...

Executioner: You have deprived the audience from witnessing the deaths of a notorious band of Air Pirates! Now they will witness your execution!

Vyse: I don't know why you're all upset. The audience already got to watch us free our friends and trash your guards!

Vyse: Now they get to watch us beat the snot out of you. What more could they want? By the way, the name's Vyse!

Dyne: You were a little late, Vyse... If you were any later, I'd be a whole head shorter right now.

Dyne: Vyse, I always knew you were tough, but breaking into a public execution and freeing all of us... Now, I think you're crazy too!

Vyse: Heh heh... what can I say? I'm not ready to take over as head of the Dyne Family just yet.

Vyse: Wait a minute... Where's Fina?

Dyne: Fina? When they captured us from Pirate Isle, they took her somewhere else.

Dyne: I overheard some soldiers talking about her... sounded like she was taken to the Valuan Imperial Palace.

Vyse: What?! Why was she taken to the palace?

Dyne: It appears that the Empress herself wanted to meet Fina.

Dyne: I've got a feeling that there's more to that girl than meets the eye. She knows something important enough to have Valua after her.

Vyse: Fina...

Dyne: ... Vyse, what are you going to do?

What will you do?: "We have to go save Fina!" "Let's lay low for a little while..."

Vyse: Of course we have to go save Fina! The guards are scattered... The whole island is in chaos.

Dyne: Hmm... It'll be dangerous, but it looks like now is our best chance to strike.

Vyse: We should lay low for a little while. If we start combing the palace, we'll be spotted for sure.

Dyne: You've still got lots to learn. This is Valua... we'll be discovered sooner or later, whether or not we remain in hiding.

Dyne: This may be our only chance to save Fina... right now, the Imperial troops are more concerned about finding us!

Drachma: I will take all of the Air Pirates back to the Little Jack. We'll be waitin' for you.

Vyse: I know... When the gates open, it's our only chance to escape.

Drachma: First, you'll want to go to Upper City. You might be able to sneak aboard a rail car that's on its way to the Palace.

Vyse: I see... Upper City, huh? Marco, how do I get to Upper City from here?

Marco: Um... If you go down that tunnel over there, you'll reach Upper City.

Vyse: Let's go, Aika! We gotta save Fina!

Drachma: You need to be at the Little Jack when they open the gates!

Marco: But there are tons of guards in Upper City! You shouldn't go! It's too dangerous!

Vyse: I'm ready for anything, Marco. In the midst of the storm, I can see the one path that will get us out of Valua. I've got to try.

Drachma has left the party.

Dyne: Here, take this with you, Vyse. It's a little early to be giving this to you, but considering the circumstances, I'll make an exception.

Vyse: Wow! It's your Yellow Moon Stone! Thanks, Dad!

Dyne: If you use it with your weapons, they'll take on the properties of lightning.

You received the "Yellow Moon Stone" from Dyne.

Aika: Vyse, that huge vehicle over there must be the rail car.

Vyse: I think you're right, Aika. Looks like it can only ride on those rails. I guess it would be hard to steal...

Vyse: Let me get a closer look!

Vyse: Fina!

Aika: What are you talking about? I thought Fina was supposed to be at the palace.

Vyse: That's what I thought, but it looks like that rail car is going to the Grand Fortress.

Vyse: If she gets taken into the fortress, we'll never be able to get her out! We have to move... now!

Vyse: It sounds like the engines are starting... We'll never get down there in time.

Aika: Vyse, what should we do?

Vyse: We've got to jump onto the roof!

Aika: What?! Isn't there a Plan B?

Vyse: Come on, Aika!

Aika: This shouldn't be too tough.

Upper City Valuan: The bathtub in my house is made out of gold, you know. Pure gold, of course.

Upper City Valuan: But, something is still missing...

Upper City Valuan: I know! I'll have my toilet made out of pure silver!

Upper City Valuan: This is Valua's Upper City. Only those of wealthy stature or born of noble blood live here, of course...

Upper City Valuan: It's a much harder life here in Upper City than you think... there are so many plays, so many parties... I'm a very busy person...

Boy: My mommy told me that people in Lower City rarely get to eat white bread.

Boy: But that's stupid... If they can't eat bread, why don't they just eat cake? Hehehe...

Upper City Valuan: Oh, are you a nobleman? You'll have to excuse me, but which family are you from?

What do you say?: "I am a relative of Admiral Alfonso." "I come from a poor, but noble, family." "From the Dyne Family."

Vyse: I am a relative of Admiral Alfonso of the Imperial Armada.

Upper City Valuan: Wh, what?! I am very sorry for my insolence. I did not realize you were of such import!

Upper City Valuan: Now that you mention it, you do have very noble and elegant features! Splendid!

Vyse: Me? I'm the only son of a poor, but noble family.

Upper City Valuan: Oh... I see. Now that I think about it, your clothes are rather... old.

Upper City Valuan: Enough. Please go away. I wouldn't want your "poorness" to rub off on me.

Vyse: Me? I'm one of the members of the Dyne Family.

Upper City Valuan: Hm... The Dyne Family, you say? I don't seem to recall any noble families of such a name...

Upper City Valuan: Well, just looking at you, I can tell that you come from a noble military family. I shall try to remember that name.

Aika: Vyse!! This is no time to just sit around and drink tea!!!

Vyse: I can't believe there's even a fountain here. I feel like I'm in a completely different country compared to Lower City...

Fina: Vyse?!

Valuan Soldier: Who are you?!

Aika: Sorry we took so long, Fina! We're here to get you out!

Valuan Soldier: Insolent pests! You'll have to get past us first!

Vyse: Bring it on!

me109a.sct[ | ]

Aika: This is the Temple of Pyrynn?!! It's HUGE! I can't believe it! It's the most amazing thing I've ever seen!

Vyse: The people of the Old World were able to build this thing in this heat!? And it's built on sand, too!!! It's incredible!

Fina: Deep within this temple lies the Red Crystal. Be careful, though... According to Silvite lore, it is guarded by hordes of creatures.

Aika: Well then, let's get going! Oh, Bellena? What are you going to do?

Bellena: I'll be waiting out here. And besides... I won't be able to help you fight off monsters in this outfit.

Vyse: Well, it might be a little rough in there for a beautiful woman, like yourself...

Aika: Oh, really... what about me and Fina?! We're women, too, you know! Just what are you trying to say?

Aika: Come on, Fina. Let's leave macho man behind and get the Crystal ourselves.

Fina: Hehehe... That might be kind of fun. We'd probably get it faster without him.

Vyse: H... hey! Wait a minute! I didn't mean...

Bellena: Hehehe... watching the three of you really cheers me up. You're all such good friends and Vyse is so funny.

Aika: Well... I'm sure a beautiful woman like yourself has got herself a much, Much, MUCH better guy than... Mr. Foot In His Mouth...

Bellena: Hahaha! Sorry... there's no one special in my life right now...

Bellena: Well, there is someone that I'm in love with... But he would never even give me a second look...

Bellena: But I don't want to talk about it right now. You should probably get going. I'll be waiting here. Be careful in there, okay?

Vyse: Don't worry. We'll be back before you even notice that we were gone.

Vyse: Bellena, sorry to have kept you waiting so long. I hope you weren't too worried about us.

Bellena: I'm so glad you're alright. Did you find the Moon Crystal?

Vyse: Heh, of course we found it!

Bellena: I knew you could do it! Um, would it be alright if I took a look at it?

Bellena: Wow... So this is one of the legendary Moon Crystals... It's more beautiful than I ever imagined.

Bellena: Thank you, so much. I'm sure that Lord Galcian will be very pleased.

Vyse: What?!?! What are you talking about!?!?!

Bellena: Hahaha... Let me show you.

Vyse: Bellena... Who are you?!

Belleza: Let me reintroduce myself. I am Belleza. The Fourth Admiral of the Imperial Armada!

Belleza: I specialize in covert operations. You don't need to get your hands bloody to win battles. Sometimes a little trickery goes a long way.

Vyse: You!!! You tricked us!!!

Fina: Bellena...?

Fina: Or... umm... Belleza...

Fina: So everything that you said... about your parents... about war... about your childhood...

Fina: Was it all a lie? Did you just say that to get us to trust you?

Belleza: I told you the truth. I never said my father was from Nasr. He was a Valuan soldier and he did die in battle.

Belleza: Years later, I too, became a soldier... I want to put an end to all wars so nobody has to go through what I went through.

Belleza: Countries go to war arguing over borders and resources. If the world was united under one rule, there would be no more war.

Belleza: That is why we need the power of the Gigas to make sure no one opposes us! Valua must rule the world.

Fina: Belleza!!! NO, DON'T!!!

Belleza: Red Gigas, Recumen! As bearer of the Red Moon Crystal, I command you to awaken and do my bidding!

Vyse: Umm... Fina? What did she do? This is bad, right?

Fina: Recumen... No... She can't be...

Belleza: Goodbye, handsome...

Belleza: Recumen, I command you! Engulf these three in your flames.

Fina: Vyse! Aika! Hurry! We must run!

Vyse: Fina! What's going on?

Fina: Belleza... she... she is summoning Recumen, the Red Gigas!!!

Fina: She's using the power of the Red Moon Crystal to awaken him!!!

Vyse: ... She what!? I guess we are going to have to run! Aika, Fina... let's get out of here!

Vyse: Is that...?!

Fina: Yes, that is the Red Gigas, Recumen.

Aika: So those weren't statues in front of the Temple, they were its heads!

Vyse: It's looking at us... RUN!!!

Fina: Aahh!

Vyse: Fina!

Aika: Fina, are you alright? C'mon, we gotta go!

Fina: I'm sorry... I tripped...

Vyse: Aika, Fina! Take cover!

Vyse: ...It missed us... something hit it in the head!!!

Drachma: I can't leave you three alone, can I? Stop gawkin' and get on!

Vyse: Captain!

Aika: Cap'n! You came back for us!

Vyse: Hurry, maybe we can take that thing out in the Little Jack.

Bellena: Try using a Purple Moon Stone on your weapons. You'll see that you can inflict much more damage on them that way.

Vyse: ... Hm. It won't budge. Maybe there's a special way to open it.

Vyse: I can't get this door to budge at all. It's too heavy to even move.

Vyse: ... What's this? There looks like there's some sort of switch on top of this pedestal.

Vyse: Whoa... It looks like the switch opens water channels to this area.

Vyse: The magma has already been hardened so there's no need to run any more water.

Vyse: It looks like some sort of door. Hm... I can't get it to budge, though.

Vyse: This is the pedestal where the Red Moon Crystal was. It looks really old... but it's still in perfect shape.

Vyse: I wonder what this pedestal is for... It's got a strange indentation on the surface...

What will you do?: "Return to your ship." "Stay in here a little while longer."

What will you do?: "Return to the Little Jack." "Stay here a little while longer."

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay here a little while longer."

Vyse: Wow... So, this is a Moon Crystal...

Aika: It's so beautiful... I'm getting weak in the knees just looking at it.

Fina: A Moon Crystal is the most concentrated source of energy that you will ever see. It was created by distilling a Moon Stone into its purest form.

Fina: Moon Crystals are pure energy. This Crystal alone has the power of thousands... no... tens of thousands of Moon Stones...

Vyse: So this Crystal is powerful enough to control one of the Gigas?

Fina: Look at the light radiating from the Crystal...

Fina: Even though thousands of years have passed since the destruction of the Old World, the Crystal still shines as bright as ever.

Fina: Between the power of these Crystals, and the destructive forces of the Gigas, it's easy to see how so much of the world was destroyed.

Fina: It's sad... The people of the Old World had so much power, but they used it to make weapons instead of helping each other.

Aika: There's no way we can let Valua get their hands on one of these!

Vyse: Fina, leave it up to us. We'll keep it safe. The Valuans are going to have to take it off of my dead body before I hand it over to them.

Vyse: There's so much of the world that I still have to see... I'm not going to let them wake some ancient guardian to destroy half of it now...

Fina: Thank you, Vyse! I know you will do your best to keep it safe.

You received the "Red Moon Crystal."

Aika: Uh-oh... I think we just stepped on some kind of switch.

Vyse: Hmm... well, it doesn't look like anything happened. It was probably nothing.

Alfonso: Well, De Loco... I've heard that the Air Pirates have crossed the South Ocean and that they are on their way here.

De Loco: Yes... I ran into them north of Horteka. They ummm... narrowly escaped my Flame Cannon.

Alfonso: Hehe... yes, well, fighting Air Pirates is a bit more difficult than burning down trees. But, I guess you already know that.

Alfonso: Vyse was responsible for my demotion. I will make sure he suffers and I will prove to the world that I am Valua's greatest Admiral.

Alfonso: Well, De Loco, I must be going. I have to exterminate some pests.

De Loco: Idiot. Perhaps you should have stared into the mirror a bit longer this morning... I think you have a hair out of place.

De Loco: As for you, Vyse, you damaged my precious Chameleon... You will pay for that... Oh, yes... You will pay...

De Loco: The next time we meet will be the last!

De Loco: Someone just set off the alarm! I wonder who it could be...

De Loco: Ah! Vyse! How nice of you to drop by. You saved me the trouble of finding you.

De Loco: Yes... I know that you are searching for the Moon Crystals as well... You must be trying to rescue Isapa...

De Loco: Hehehe... good, good! You see Vyse, these mines are full of traps... Too bad for you.

De Loco: You can't escape, Vyse! You will never leave these mines alive!!!

Aika: Um... the exit just closed by itself.

Vyse: I don't know about you guys, but I've got a bad feeling about this place.

Alfonso: Soon, Galcian will be taking orders from me.

Alfonso: I simply don't understand why someone as noble as myself is forced to take orders from anyone other than Empress Teodora herself.

Vyse: A Valuan soldier... I guess this is the Valuan stronghold.

Vyse: An Ixa'takan... Valuans are probably forcing them to mine for Moon Stones...

Vyse: This door has been welded shut... It looks like they're serious about keeping the Ixa'takans in here.

Vyse: Sorry, guys, but just hang in a little while longer. I'll free all of you... I promise. I'll send those Valuans back to Valua...

Vyse: Damn... This door's welded shut... It doesn't look like I'm going to get any further this way.

Vyse: Damn this shutter... It won't budge at all.

Vyse: There's a big shutter... But, it doesn't look like it going to open.

Vyse: The door closed again. This is just great. Why do I get the strange feeling that someone's leading me somewhere...?

Vyse: Hmph. Nope, it won't move. It looks like the electricity's been cut.

Ixa'takan Slave: A man named De Loco made this mine. It's filled with nasty traps.

Ixa'takan Slave: There's trap doors all over the place. And remember, a circle doesn't always mean it's the right way.

Captured Man: Huh? Who are you?

Vyse: I'm Vyse. Are you Isapa?

Captured Man: No, it appears you have mistaken me for someone else. My name is Centime.

Aika: Then you're Hans' father!

Centime: You know Hans?! Then you must have been to the village in Horteka!

Centime: That's where my wife and children are... Everyone was okay, right?

Vyse: Yeah, they were doing just fine. But, you should worry about yourself right now.

Centime: Oh, I'm okay. When I refused to help Valua, they threw me into these dungeons. I've been here for quite a while.

Centime: You were looking for someone named Isapa, correct? If so, then you'll need to venture further into these mines. I think I can help.

Centime: There are elevators scattered throughout the mines. You will need to use them to reach the other areas. I can get them working.

Aika: Woohoo! Wow, Centime, you're amazing!

Centime: Why, thank you.

Centime: I must advise you, proceed with caution... there are all sorts of traps. I will travel ahead and see if I can disarm them for you.

Vyse: Thank you! You've been a great help to us already.

Centime: It's the least I can do for you. You rescued me, remember? I'm sure we'll meet again. Good luck!

De Loco: Hehehe... good, good! Soon, Vyse... very soon, you shall die!

De Loco: And when you die, I want you to die slowly! Yes... slowly... really slowly... I want your brains to gush out of your head.

Alfonso: Pardon me, De Loco.

Alfonso: I didn't mean to interrupt one of your intellectual monologues. I came to tell you that Vyse has broken into the mines.

De Loco: ...And you figured this out all by yourself? What gave it away? Was it the alarm? Maybe it was the sirens.

Alfonso: Yes, well... the fact is he was foolish enough to deliver himself to me. I shall go dispose of him.

De Loco: You are the fool, Alfonso... Heh. The only reason that you were made Admiral was because of your family. You don't stand a chance against Vyse.

De Loco: I shall kill him. I want him to die! Die... DIE... DIE!!!

De Loco: Soon... very soon!!! Hehehehe!

Isapa: And who might you be?

Vyse: Are you the High Priest, Isapa?

Isapa: The one and only! I am Isapa.

Vyse: We're on a mission from King Ixa'taka. We're here to rescue you!

Isapa: Haha... well, the king knows what I like. Sending two beautiful women to come save me.

Isapa: I have no use for you men... Now if you'll just leave us alone for a while...

Aika: Oh, really... There's no way that this dirty old man is a High Priest.

Isapa: Oh... aren't you a pretty one? In all of my years, I have never seen anyone like you.

Isapa: I believe that you are a Silvite. Am I right?

Fina: What?! How did you know?

Isapa: Hahaha! Instinct, my dear... Instinct. I am very observant... especially around women.

Isapa: I could probably guess that goofy girl's measurements...

Aika: Okay, that does it... I know we have to bring him back, but the king didn't say anything about bringing him back conscious.

Vyse: Relax, Aika... Right now we just have to worry about getting out of here alive. Let's go.

Aika: I don't get it. Why would the Valuans build such a huge room in these mines and not use it for anything?

Vyse: I don't plan on sticking around long enough to find out.

De Loco: Hehehehehehe! So, you've made it this far!

De Loco: I am impressed. But now you shall die!!!!! You will pay for what you did to my precious Chameleon! Oh yes, you will.

De Loco: I love it! HAHA! All of the slaves who tried to run have died in this room.

De Loco: Hehehe! Vyse, I want to hear you scream!

De Loco: Now I shall have my revenge!!!

De Loco: Let's start the show, shall we?

De Loco: Huh? Now what?

Alfonso: Long time no see, Vyse. It is I... Alfonso.

Alfonso: I came here to watch you die!

De Loco: What are you doing?! Alfonso, you fool!

De Loco: If you're in there, I won't be able to crush them!

Alfonso: Someone of my stature doesn't deal with filth like yourselves personally.

Alfonso: Antonio 2!!! Finish them!!!

Alfonso: What are you doing?! Not this way!!!

Alfonso: Aaarrrrgggghhh!

De Loco: Serves you right, Alfonso! You got what you deserved!

De Loco: Oh, well... I guess I'll just have to skewer all of you.

Aika: ?

De Loco: What? What!? WHAT!?!?! What's going on? My traps have never failed me before!!! Crush them! Crush them! Crush them!

Vice Captain: Admiral De Loco!

Vice Captain: Someone has tampered with all of the machines in the mines. They are all malfunctioning!

De Loco: WHAAAT!?!?!?

De Loco: Why? Why? Why? How can this be!?!?! I don't understand!!!!!

De Loco: Vyse!!! Why won't you just die!?!?

Vice Captain: Sir? Snap out of it! Please get a hold of yourself...

De Loco: So, you've rescued Isapa... Very nice...

De Loco: Hehehe! But soon, you will die! You will die a horrible death and you will scream and I will laugh!

De Loco: I've prepared my favorite room just for you...

De Loco: Please, come in and stay awhile... Stay forever!!! Hehehehe!

Centime: You made it out of the mines unharmed, I see.

Centime: I made a few adjustments to some of the machinery in the mines. Did it help?

Aika: So that's what that was...

Centime: Yes... yes... well, let's be on our way. Ah yes, I managed to open the door to the outside as well.

Centime: I must hurry back to see my family... They must be terribly worried about me.

Aika: You really know your stuff!

Fina: And he cares very much about his family as well...

Vyse: You're a good man, Centime... We're glad we could help you.

Centime: Thank you very much... Well, I must get going... Stop by and see me in Horteka when you get a chance.

Fina: "We, who have come from the Temple of the Silver Moon..."

Fina: "... have sealed within the forests, after the Rains of Destruction washed away the lands, the unsleeping giant, Grendel..."

Fina: "And upon his sealing, the Green Crystal was kept within these walls..."

Fina: This is written in the holy language of the Silver Temple.

Fina: The Silvites must have inscribed these words when they were here.

Vyse: So, this Quetya person that all the Ixa'takans keep talking about was probably a Silvite just like Fina.

Aika: That would explain why everyone mistook Fina for Quetya... whoever he or she is.

Vyse: There some kind of writing on the walls, but I can't read it. I have no idea what it says...

Vyse: There are pictures of people wearing masks. They're probably ancestors of the Ixa'takans.

Vyse: This is the pedestal where the Moon Crystal was. There's an empty spot where it used to be.

Vyse: There's an indentation just big enough to fit a small gem...

What will you do?: "Let's try putting in the Golden Man's Eye gem." "Let's try putting in the Great Bird's Eye gem." "It might be dangerous... let's not touch it."

Aika: Now I know why they call this place The City of Mist. But I don't remember seeing any mist in the forest.

Vyse: The air is thin... It's a little hard to breathe. We were going up for a long time. I think these mists are actually clouds.

Vyse: But this doesn't look anything like a Lost City of Gold... There's just a bunch of ruins up here.

Fina: In the Old World, Rixis was the capital of the Green Civilization.

Fina: It was destroyed by the Rains of Destruction.

Fina: Since then, it's been frozen in time.

Vyse: These craters must have been caused by the Moon Stones that were bombarding the city.

Aika: I'm not seeing any gold here...

Drachma: As time passed, stories about this city probably got more and more exaggerated.

Aika: We were supposed to find gold here... I should have slapped that dirty old man silly when I had the chance.

Aika: What the...?

Aika: ......

Aika: Vyse... If this city has been dead for generations, then who is that!?

Vyse: What?! Where?!

Aika: Over there!

Vyse: ... Where? I don't see anything.

Aika: ... Huh? But... but... there was someone there!

Vyse: Aika, this city has been dead for a very long time... Who else would be here? It's probably just your imagination acting up.

Aika: Why don't you believe me? I know I saw something.

Aika: Fina... Do you think that maybe I saw a ghost?

Fina: A ghost? Umm... what's a ghost?

Aika: Heh... It's been a while since you said something like that...

Aika: A ghost is... umm, how should I explain this... Well, it's something very scary, that's for sure!

Fina: Really? Well, if you're this scared, Aika, this "ghost" must be something scary indeed.

Aika: The two things I hate the most right now are dirty old men and ghosts.

Aika: Vyse... let's... let's not go! We'll be cursed!

Vyse: Oh, come on, Aika... We came all this way for the Green Crystal and we're not about to go back empty-handed.

Vyse: You could just wait here until we get back.

Aika: Oh no... I'm not going to wait here all by myself with those... things out there.

Aika: Alright, alright! I'll go with you! I can't believe I'm doing this...

Vyse: The Golden Man's Eye is giving off a strange light now...

Vyse: The Great Bird's Eye is set into an indentation in the statue...

What will you do?: "Switch it with the Golden Man's Eye." "Just take the Great Bird's Eye out." "Leave it as it is."

Vyse: ......! Who's that!?

Aika: That's it! That's the ghost that I saw earlier!

Fina: Oh... It's running away!

Drachma: Who'd be lurkin' around in a place like this?! Don't let him get away, boy!

What do you want to do?: "Return to the Little Jack." "Stay in Rixis a little while longer."

What do you want to do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay in Rixis a little while longer."

Vyse: Well, it looks like the Crystal is probably sealed in here...

Aika: Hey everyone... Look over here! The person on this wall looks like Fina!

Vyse: You're right... I wonder if this is that "Quetya" the villagers were talking about...

Fina: "We, who have come from the Temple of the Silver Moon..."

Vyse: ... Fina?

Fina: "We, who have come from the Temple of the Silver Moon..."

Fina: "have sealed within the forests, after the Rains of Destruction washed away the lands, the unsleeping giant, Grendel..."

Fina: "And upon his sealing, the Green Crystal was kept within these walls..."

Fina: This is written in the holy language of the Silver Temple. The Silvites must have inscribed these words when they were here.

Vyse: These are the ruins of Ixa'taka, right? Why would Silvites come here?

Fina: The Rains of Destruction nearly destroyed the Green Civilization.

Fina: But even after the Rains fell, Grendel still terrorized the lands for many generations to follow. The Silvites came here to contain him.

Fina: But they came too late. The Green Civilization was destroyed and the people were reduced to a few primitive tribes of scavengers.

Drachma: The people from that village probably thought the Silvites were gods because they were able to contain Grendel.

Aika: It all makes sense now... That's why they thought Fina was this "Quetya" person.

Vyse: But... it says the Green Crystal is kept within these walls, right?

Vyse: But I don't see the Crystal anywhere. I wonder where it is...

Fina: You're right... it should be here.

Drachma: Who's there?!

Drachma: Don't let him get away! He might have the Crystal!

Vyse: What's that rumbling sound?

Vyse: Oh, no... not again!!!

Fina: Someone is summoning Grendel!

Fina: Why would they awaken him? Don't they understand that the entire Valuan Armada will retaliate against them?

Vyse: Everyone! Back to the Little Jack! We have to stop that thing!

Aika: So this is the "ghost"...

Drachma: Who are you? And why are you following us?

High Priest: Please don't kill me!!! I'm a High Priest of Ixa'taka!

Vyse: A High Priest? So you followed us all the way from Horteka?

High Priest: No... I didn't follow you. I... I've been here... for a long time. It is my duty to guard these ruins.

High Priest: If anyone tries to loot what's in these ruins, or steal the Sacred Green Stone, I contact King Ixa'taka.

Aika: Wait a minute... you mean to tell me that the king knew where the Lost City was all this time?

High Priest: Yes. We figured out Isapa's riddle... and we found Rixis.

High Priest: And here, we found the Sacred Green Stone. The king and Isapa were very happy, because we could use the Stone to stop the Valuans.

Fina: Stop the Valuans? You aren't going to...

High Priest: ......

Drachma: Tell us! Or do you want me to crack your skull?

High Priest: Alright, alright! I'll tell you!

High Priest: The king and Isapa said that the Sacred Green Stone had the power to awaken the Giant.

High Priest: If the Giant were to come, he would chase the Valuans back to the eastern skies and we would be safe.

Vyse: What?!

Fina: "We, who have come from the Temple of the Silver Moon..."

Fina: "... have sealed within the forests, after the Rains of Destruction washed away the lands, the unsleeping giant, Grendel..."

Vyse: This door is huge! I don't know how the two of us can open it.

Gilder: There's probably some sort of trick to opening it.

Gilder: What?! What was that!?

Fina: Aaaahhhh!

Aika: What was that!?

Fina: Whatever it was, it just opened the door.

Aika: I don't know if that's good or bad.

Vyse: I didn't touch anything... Did you?

Gilder: Hmm... The map said something like... "When the two pieces come together..."

Gilder: I wonder if anyone else is here? Heh... nevermind... what are the chances of that?

Fina: Aika... what do you think we should do?

Aika: I'm not sure how, but the door opened, and there's treasure inside. We should go!

Aika: Hey! Why won't this door open?! It won't even budge!!

Fina: There's something written here... It's an old language, but I think I can read it...

Fina: "When the two become one, the path will reveal itself to you..."

Aika: What's that supposed to mean?! Why is Daccat being so stingy?! It's not like any of his gold means anything to him anymore!!!

Aika: Oh, great! More doors that won't open! I really don't get what Daccat was thinking when he built this place...

Vyse: Another door... Damn... This one won't budge either.

Vyse: A lever? I wonder what it's for...

Aika: Doors that open by themselves... Levers that we have no idea what they do... I really, really don't get this place.

Aika: Another door? Just great... But wait, what's this stone tablet on the ground for?

Vyse: Hmm... There's probably some trick to opening this door, too.

Aika: Another door with a stone tablet on the ground. Well, it worked when we stepped on the tablet last time...

Vyse: It looks like I have to step on this tablet to open the door. I think I just have to stand here for a certain length of time or something...

Gilder: Hey, Vyse! I believe that's what we came here for! Heh, Daccat's Treasure.

Vyse: That's got to be it! Heh, now I can buy my ship.

Aika: Wow! Look, Fina! Look!!! That treasure chest is HUGE!!!

Fina: Oh, yes... I see it! Do you think it's Captain Daccat's Treasure?

Vyse: Who's there?!

Aika: Who's there yourself?

Aika: Oh!!! Vyse...! It's Vyse!!

Fina: Vyse!!

Vyse: Aika! Fina! You're both okay!!

Aika: Vyse!!!

Aika: You're alive! We raised enough money to buy a boat and we were gonna go looking for you! As soon as we got the treasure, of course.

Fina: Vyse... I'm so glad that you are alright...

Fina: Oh, I'm sorry... I'm a little emotional right now. I'm just so happy!!!

Vyse: Aika... Fina... I was so worried. I was gonna buy a boat to look for you, too.

Gilder: Heh! Well look at you...

Gilder: On top of that, I didn't know that your partner was the cutie that I met in Nasr!

Aika: We're all together again!

Vyse: Aww... Now what?!

Aika and Fina have joined your party.

Gilder: Heh... Let's see what the greatest Air Pirate of all time has to offer.

Gilder: ... What?

Gilder: What's this?!

Vyse: What the?!

Aika: A piece of paper... And a single gold coin?

Vyse: "Brave souls that come seeking my treasure, do not be discouraged. You already have the most valuable treasures in the world."

Vyse: "Comrades, trust, and cooperation. Those are the only true treasures in this world. Daccat"

Vyse: "Daccat"...

Vyse: I don't believe this...

Aika: That's it? No gems... No jewels?!

Gilder: HAHAHAHAHA!!! I didn't know that Daccat had such a great sense of humor.

Gilder: I haven't laughed this hard in a long time! A good laugh beats a bunch of gold any day.

Fina: Well, this treasure has brought us all back together... and friends are more important than any treasure.

Aika: I understand that friends are important... but he could've at least threw in a little something for our trouble!

Aika: First it was the Lost City... then it was Daccat's Treasure... All of these old legends haven't paid off one bit.

Vyse: Hahaha! I'll bet the greatest Air Pirate of all time spent all of his gold while he was still alive. You can't take it with you, y'know.

Aika: Some old bag of bones is in his grave laughing at us right now!!! We ran around like idiots the whole time. And we're still poor!

You received "Daccat's Coin."

Aika: Hey! Why won't this door open?! It won't even budge!!

Fina: There's something written here... It's an old language, but I think I can read it...

Vyse: I hate Valua.

Vyse: It's always so dark and gloomy here.

Gilder: Yeah, especially when you're locked up in a jail cell.

Gilder: Valuans have no sense of hospitality... Hey guards, can we get some food in here?! How about a drink or something?

Aika: I can't believe we're back in Valua.

Aika: I wonder where Vyse and Fina are being held...

Manly Voice: Is this where the Air Pirate girl is being held?

Jail Guard: Yes, Admiral Vigoro. But sir... Why does that concern you?

Vigoro: Hey, don't worry about it. Now run along and go make yourself useful somewhere else.

Vigoro: Well, what do we have here? Nice legs and curves in all the right places.

Vigoro: Well, I suppose I've seen better, but she's not too bad.

Aika: Who are you?! And are you always this crude?

Vigoro: I am Vigoro, the toughest man in the Armada. I'm surprised you haven't heard of me. The women I've been with love to brag.

Aika: I've never heard of you before in my life!! Where are Vyse and Fina being held?!

Aika: ...!?

Aika: Get away from me, you creep! You're all sweaty and you've got a serious body hair problem. And what's that smell?

Vigoro: Aww, c'mon Red... You know I'm the man of your dreams...

Vigoro: We were meant to be together. I'm sure you'll grow to like me... Just give me a chance.

Aika: Yuck, you're disgusting!

Vyse: This is shaping up to be a great day... Let's see, so far we got captured, separated from Aika and Fina... And we lost all of the Crystals.

Vyse: What's next? Maybe they'll torture us... A perfect end to a perfect day.

Gilder: Vyse, you're only making things worse. Take it easy.

Vyse: ...Huh?

Gilder: Oh, Willy. How're you doing?

Willy: Very bad! Very bad!

Gilder: Haha, is that so? Well, you had to fly all the way over here. I'm not surprised.

Vyse: Gilder... There's a note tied to Willy's leg with a piece of wire...

Gilder: "We will begin bombarding the fortress at midnight, and will await your arrival just outside... The Claudia."

Gilder: Heh... This isn't the first time my men have had to break me out of a prison... They know the routine.

Gilder: Well, the Claudia may not be able to destroy the Grand Fortress by herself, but she'll cause quite a bit of a commotion.

Vyse: That's when we can make our escape!

Gilder: Exactly.

Vyse: But, there's still one problem... We need to get out of this cell.

Gilder: Leave that to me. There was a wire around Willie's leg for a reason.

Gilder: I'll have this door open in no time.

Vyse: ...Of course! Heh... is there anything you can't do?

Vyse: ... What's this?

Gilder: What's wrong?

Vyse: There's some writing on the back of this letter.

Gilder: Oh... Well, what does it say?

Vyse: "To my darling Gilder, I will fight for your freedom as well! For you, my love!"

Vyse: "Your soul mate... Clara" ... and there're lipstick marks at the bottom.

Gilder: Clara?! She's here, too?!

Vyse: Well, according to this letter... yeah...

Gilder: Hey, Vyse... We don't really need to break out of here, do we?

Vyse: What are you talking about?! We'll be hanged.

Gilder: Hm... being hanged... and being stuck with Clara... tough choice. Ah... oh well...

Vyse: Wow! I'm impressed...

Gilder: Willy, tell the men to wait for me with a barrel of loqua! I think I'm gonna need it.

Willy: Aye! Aye!

Gilder: Well then... I'll grab our weapons. Let's go!

Vyse: Heh... Let's not forget about Aika and Fina. I'm not leaving without them.

Aika: Vyse!!

Vyse: Hey Aika, do you want us to come back later?

Aika: Vyse!! Get this creep off of me!

Vigoro: Hey, beat it kid!

Vyse: Sorry to spoil your fun, but you heard the lady.

Aika: Who said we were having fun?!

Vigoro: I am Vigoro.

Vigoro: No woman in Valua can resist me.

Vigoro: I believe that the worth of a man can be measured by his popularity with the women.

Gilder: Hmm... I kind of like that. I should remember that for later.

Vyse: Where's Fina?! Give us back the Crystals and bring Fina here!

Vigoro: Fina? Oh, the Silvite...

Vigoro: Ramirez escorted her to the Imperial Palace.

Aika: Is that so? Well, after we beat the snot out of you, we'll be rescuing her.

Vigoro: I love it when women talk tough.

Vigoro: Lemme give your friends a lesson in brute force.

Aika: Heh... Looks like you were all talk.

Vigoro: Grr... Well... you got lucky...

Vigoro: And... and... I didn't have my cannon or... my... armor.

Aika: On Pirate Isle where I was raised, we have a saying...

Aika: "A true man never makes excuses for his shortcomings."

Aika: And, going by that saying, you've got quite a ways to go.

Vigoro: Heh... You've got an attitude... I like that.

Vigoro: You'll be seeing me again. You can count on it.

Enrique: So, this is where the Air Pirates are being held...

Guard: Yes, Prince Enrique.

Enrique: I wish to speak with them. Take me to them.

Guard: Sir... perhaps it would be best for you to wait out here. The cell is... not fitting... for one of your stature.

Guard: I'll get the other guards. We will bind the prisoner and bring him to you.

Enrique: Well I'll finally get to meet the Legendary Air Pirate Vyse. If the rumors that I've heard are true, he'll look like a demon and spit fire...

Enrique: But, my instincts are telling me that he's fighting for all the right reasons.

Guard: Prince Enrique! It's an emergency!

Guard: I found Admiral Vigoro unconscious in one of the cells. The rest of the cells are empty.

Guard: It appears that Vyse and the others have escaped!

Enrique: What?!

Enrique: I see... (They're trying to escape from the Grand Fortress again.)

Enrique: Listen carefully. Do not tell anyone about this. Keep the doors to this area closed. Don't let anyone in or out.

Enrique: If you are questioned about it later, tell them that it was a direct order from me, understand?

Guard: Yes, Your Majesty! But...

Enrique: Very well, then. Good job. Stay here. There's an urgent matter that I must attend to.

Vyse: There isn't even a pillow. Well, I suppose these beds are meant for prisoners, so there's no reason for them to make the beds comfortable...

Vyse: It's disturbing to think of how many people probably died in this prison... Or... even... in this bed...

Vyse: The only thing I can see from here is the dark skies of Valua...

Vyse: There's two beds, but... Where's Fina?

Aika: I don't know. They split us up before we even got here... I've been alone the whole time... Well, until macho-man came along, that is...

Vyse: It's the same kind of bed that Gilder and I had. I guess the Valuans don't believe in treating ladies like ladies...

Vyse: This is probably the area right above our own cell...

Vyse: ...Damn. It won't open. It's locked.

Used the "Cannon Room Key" to open the door.

An elevator switch: t)"Prisoner Block 200 2nd Floor" "Fortress Cannon Room Battery 28" "Don't get on the elevator."

Vyse: ...Nope, it won't open. The "Cannon Room Key" won't work either. I guess we need a different key...

Used the "Harbor Key" to open the door.

Vyse: Great... This door's locked. And it doesn't look like there's a keyhole...

Gilder: It probably leads towards the center of the Fortress. I don't know about you, but I'd rather get out of here than go exploring. Let's go.

Gilder: It probably leads towards the center of the Fortress. We're probably better off not going that way. Let's look somewhere else.

Vyse: It looks like I have to step on this tablet to open the door. I think I just have to stand here for a certain length of time or something...

Gilder: Heh... Good job guys. Looks like my crew is causing quite a commotion. It should be enough for us to sneak out of here...

Vyse: ...Hm? This switch isn't doing anything.

Gilder: This elevator is probably stuck on another floor or somebody else might already be inside it. Let's not stick around to find out which, okay?

Aika: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

Vyse: ... Hey! That sounded like Aika!!

Vigoro: Ugh... That hurt, Red...

You found the "Harbor Key" in the pocket of the Valuan Soldier.

Gilder: Sorry about that. Let's get moving!

Vyse: Hey, where did you go?

Gilder: I just had to take care of something. Heh, don't worry about it.

Gilder: We should get out of this dump. My men are about to attack.

Vyse: Whoa! Look at that firepower! Hey, what about Clara?

Aika: That cannon we ran through... It just exploded!

Vyse: The explosion took out that whole area. They won't be putting that fire out any time soon.

Gilder: Heh... I, umm, left them a little present...

Ramirez: Lord Galcian. Your Admirals have assembled... As you have commanded.

Galcian: Excellent.

Galcian: Admirals of the Valuan Armada... Let me first offer my gratitude to each of you for assembling on such short notice...

Galcian: Let it be known that we have successfully captured a citizen of the Silver Civilization, as Empress Teodora requested.

Old Admiral: What?! How?!

Large Admiral: So, we've finally captured one... Who accomplished this?

Alfonso: Hah hah hah... Of course, I was the one to find her first...

Alfonso: I crippled her ship and captured her. But I was betrayed by my own Vice Captain and she was taken from me...

Gregorio: I'm sure Empress Teodora is very pleased that she was recovered.

Gregorio: Now, if we can persuade her to give us the information we need, it would be worth all of the effort we spent tracking her down.

Vigoro: You said that the citizen of the Silver Civilization that you found was a woman?! Now THAT'S something worth getting excited over.

Vigoro: How old is she? Is she good looking? Does she wear leather? I like my women wild and crazy!

Belleza: You're out of luck, Vigoro. The girl is the exact opposite. She's very shy and demure.

Belleza: Her name is Fina. She is currently being escorted to see Empress Teodora in the Imperial Palace.

De Loco: Hehehehehe... Very good, Admiral Belleza. I see that you are our espionage expert for good reasons.

De Loco: Of course, being the head of weapon development, I have a deeply vested interest in the technology of the Silver Civilization! Hehehe!

Galcian: I will head back to the Imperial Palace and await Empress Teodora's orders to commence the search for the Moon Crystals.

Galcian: Fina, our new... ally, shall aid us in gathering all six of the Crystals from around the world.

Galcian: ... As for you... Alfonso.

Galcian: You lied in your report. And as punishment, you are now relieved of your position as Commander of the Mid Ocean Fleet.

Galcian: And for an indefinite period of time, you shall be confined to Ixa'taka.

Alfonso: Y... you think that I lied in my report, sire? Ha... haha... w... what are you talking about?

Galcian: You were attacked by the Air Pirates and you deserted your crew and your ship to save yourself.

Galcian: Your ship and your crew were released by the Air Pirates and returned recently. They filed a full... and ACCURATE... report.

Alfonso: Bah...

Galcian: Our Armada is invincible. Showing any signs of weakness is unforgivable. I trust that you will not forget that.

Galcian: This meeting is over. I want all of you to be ready to depart at a moment's notice.

Valuan Admirals: Yes, Lord Galcian!

Fina: Ramirez...

Ramirez: ......

Fina: Ramirez... why? Why are you fighting for the Valuans?

Fina: What about our orders? What about the Elders?

Ramirez: ......

Valuan Soldier: Lord Ramirez, it's an emergency!!

Valuan Soldier: One of our cannons exploded and the entire deck is on fire. But no enemy shells hit that area.

Ramirez: Find out the cause of the fire and report back to me. In the meantime, stop firing and set the fortress in defensive mode.

Ramirez: There are only two or three ships attacking. Their effect on the wall will be minimal.

Valuan Soldier: Yes, sir!

Ramirez: I fight for Lord Galcian. That is all you need to know.

Fina: Ramirez...

Vyse: Fina! We came to get you out of here.

Fina: Vyse!

Vyse: We got here as soon as we found out where you were. Are you okay?

Fina: Yes... I am... Thank you...

Fina: It's strange... The first time you rescued me from the train, I was really surprised to see you.

Fina: But this time, I knew that you would come for me. I knew you would find me.

Vyse: Hahaha... Oh Fina, after all we've been through together...

Vyse: I swear on my oath as a Blue Rogue that I will do everything in my power to keep you safe.

Fina: ... I know...

Gilder: Heh... Good one, Vyse, I didn't know you were so smooth with the ladies.

Gilder: Getting jealous, Aika? I bet you wish that Vyse would say stuff like that to you.

Aika: I don't need to hear him say those things. I know he would do the same for me.

Aika: Whenever I'm in trouble, I have faith that Vyse will always be there to save me. He already saved me once today.

Gilder: Heh... Good point.

Gilder: Can we save the mushy stuff for later? We just broke out of prison, and we're still in Valua.

Vyse: Alright. But, how exactly are we going to get out of here?

Gilder: Well, since we're in the Grand Fortress, there should be Valuan ships docked all over the place. We can borrow one of those.

Gilder: We should be able to reach the docks from the bottom floors of the fortress. We'll have to backtrack a little, but we should be okay.

Vyse: So, we'll take the elevator back down and look for a ship. Alright! Let's go!

Fina has joined your party.

Vyse: ...Huh? I can hear someone talking on the other side of this door.

Ramirez: Everyone, remain calm. The Grand Fortress isn't about to crumble under the firepower of a few ships.

Ramirez: Anyone who deserts his post will have to deal with me personally.

Valuan Soldier: Yes, Admiral Ramirez!

Ramirez: I will go investigate the cause of the explosion. Two of you stay here and guard the girl. The rest of you, follow me.

Valuan Soldier: Yes!!!

An elevator switch: t)"Prisoner Block 100 1st Floor" "Fortress Cannon Room Battery 28" "Don't get on the elevator."

An elevator switch: t)"Prisoner Block 200 2nd Floor" "Prisoner Block 100 1st Floor" "Don't get on the elevator."

Aika: Oh, no! The alarm!!

Gilder: This isn't good... In a few seconds, this place is going to be crawling with guards.

Gallant Voice: Quick! Get on the lift!

Aika: Someone is telling us to get on that thing! I can't see who it is! Vyse, what should we do?

What will you do?: "Let's take our chances and hop on." "This could be a trap..."

Vyse: If we just stand around here, we're gonna get caught anyway. We should take the lift.

Gilder: That's true. It looks like that's our only option.

Vyse: ... Alright, let's go.

Vyse: This could be a trap... I think we should look for another way out.

Gilder: Well, it might be a trap, but it's the only way out of here.

Gilder: If we get caught again, there's no way we'll be able to escape. They'll probably execute us on the spot.

Fina: Vyse, I think that person is trying to help us. I think we should trust him.

Vyse: ... Alright. Everyone, let's get on.

Enrique: So, you're Vyse? I am Enrique.

Gilder: Enrique?! You're... the Prince of Valua!!!

Aika: You're the Prince!?

Enrique: Haha... Yes... I am.

Enrique: After you escaped from your cells, I figured you'd head for the docks to try and steal a ship. Please, follow me.

Aika: Alright, what's going on? Why is the Prince helping us?

Vyse: I have no idea. But, we should probably follow him.

me116f.sct[ | ]

Vyse: What the?!

Enrique: You've probably already figured out that we're on the bridge of a ship.

Enrique: Say hello to the Delphinus, the newest member of the Armada. This is my personal flagship.

Enrique: It is heavily armored, and can still match the top speed of our Cruisers. And it is equipped with the weaponry of a Heavy Battleship.

Vyse: It's amazing!

Enrique: This ship is the prototype. Soon, we will begin building a whole fleet of Delphinus Class Ships.

Enrique: Valua plans to use these ships to take over the world.

Gilder: With a whole fleet of ships like this, Valua would easily be able to take over the world. Especially since Nasrad has fallen.

Gilder: So, your Royalness... There's still one thing that I can't figure out.

Gilder: Why would you help us escape, then take us to the bridge of your flagship? You've gone through a lot of trouble just to show off...

Aika: Yeah. Gilder has a good point.

Enrique: I...

Enrique: I want you to take this ship... and I want you to take me with it.

Vyse: WHAT?!

Aika: Are you serious?

Enrique: Valua has been taking over other countries by force, destroying their lands, and murdering the innocent.

Enrique: As a Prince of the Valuan Empire, all of the innocent blood spilled by the Armada is on my hands.

Enrique: I've done all I can to convince the Empress, and Galcian, that what Valua is doing is wrong, but I cannot convince them to change their ways.

Enrique: Everything I have tried has failed. I am powerless to stop them.

Enrique: My only chance for redemption is to aid you.

Enrique: Please! Take me with you! I will even go with you as a hostage.

What will you say?: "Of course you can come with us." "Sorry, but you can't expect us to trust you."

Vyse: Of course you can come with us. But, there is one problem... the Blue Rogues don't take hostages.

Vyse: If you want to sail with us, you must do so as a Blue Rogue.

Vyse: I'm sorry, but you can't expect us to trust you. How do we know you won't betray us?

Aika: Vyse! He already saved our lives once. Haven't you been listening to what he's been saying?! We have to believe him...

Fina: Vyse... I... I believe him.

Fina: When I was taken to the palace, I saw him confront the Empress in front of her subjects. He did everything he could to try and stop her.

Fina: He just helped us escape from the guards, and he's giving us this ship. He is committing treason to help us.

Fina: Vyse, if we don't take him with us, he will be executed as a traitor.

Vyse: ......

Vyse: ... I understand. But, there is still one more problem... the Blue Rogues don't take hostages.

Vyse: If you want to sail with us, you must do so as a Blue Rogue.

Enrique: ... Thank you! I will do my part as a member of your crew!!

Vyse: You know, I don't think we've been properly introduced. I'm Vyse of the Blue Rogues.

Enrique: It is an honor to be a member of your crew, Vyse.

Aika: I never would've thought that I'd be riding in the same ship as a Valuan, let alone, the Prince of Valua.

Aika: But... The Crystals are still in the hands of the Valuans...

Fina: Yes... You're right...

Enrique: Well, technically, you are right.

Aika: What?!

Enrique: I have the Crystals. I stole them before I came to the docks to find you. I was going to destroy them...

Enrique: But perhaps it would be best if I returned them to you. Please, take them.

Aika: Wow! Enrique, you've done so much for us already... Thank you!

Gilder: Heh, you act an awful lot like an Air Pirate, for a Prince.

Vyse: Alright, start the engines!! Let's take the Delphinus and get out of here!!

Everyone: Yeah!!

You have reacquired the "Red Moon Crystal" and the "Green Moon Crystal."

Vyse: Let's go! Delphinus, full speed ahead!!!

Vyse: They sealed off the entrance!

Gilder: I wouldn't worry too much about the fortress. The spot where I blew up the cannon should be weak.

Gilder: And if this ship's got the firepower that the Prince said, we should be able to blast our way out.

Vyse: Well, here goes!

me116g.sct[ | ]

Aika: What's going on!?

Vyse: Hey! Look!

Gilder: The fortress is rotating.

Gilder: Now's our chance. We should find a ship and get out of here.

Kangan: How fares the battle?

Yafutoman Soldier: My Lord... the Tenkou are swarming all around the Valuans, but the Armada is holding their position. We seem to be at a stalemate.

Kangan: Heh heh... I see. Very well. It is time for us to join the battle and end this... once and for all!

Aika: Wow! The water here is so calm... it looks like glass.

Enrique: It's hard to imagine that this was a volcanic area covered in lava at one time.

Aika: What is that thing?!

Vyse: What?! It looks like a huge bird!

Fina: That must be Bluheim.

Vyse: Bluheim?

Fina: Yes, Bluheim was the Blue Gigas.

Fina: It looks like Bluheim was trapped in the lava and encased in stone.

Enrique: If that thing ever got free, we'd be in trouble. The Gigas that you faced so far couldn't fly. I can't imagine how tough this one would be.

Vyse: We should secure the Blue Crystal as soon as we can! Let's go!

Vyse: What's this rock? It looks like some sort of switch...

Enrique: It looks like it triggered some sort of water release valve...

Vyse: Ah... I see. The switch is probably here to fill this area with water. Hmm...

Vyse: I've already pushed this switch. The rock is shining brightly.

Vyse: It appears that this switch was here to fill this area with water...

Vyse: I don't know where, but I think this switch probably opened a water valve somewhere in these ruins...

Vyse: I guess this passageway and this trap were both built to prevent people from going any deeper into this place...

Vyse: The room on the other side of this door is probably filled with the water we poured in before.

Vyse: It's the stone pedestal where the Blue Moon Crystal was. There's nothing there now.

Ship Parts Merchant: If you ever want to head back to Yafutoma, just let me know.

What will you do?: "Head back to Yafutoma." "Stay here a little while longer."

Vyse: We wanted to head back to Yafutoma for a little bit. Could you give us a lift?

Ship Parts Merchant: No problem. Just climb on board.

Vyse: We're fine for now, but we'll let you know if we change out minds.

Ship Parts Merchant: No problem. Any time you want to go back, just let me know.

Fina: It's so beautiful...

Aika: Vyse, that's another Crystal, you know what that means... it's time to celebrate!

Vyse: Actually, let's include Fina on this one!

Fina: What? But I... I don't know what to do.

Aika: Aww, don't worry about it! Just give it a try!

Vyse, Aika, and Fina: Yay!

You received the "Blue Moon Crystal."

me122a.sct[ | ]

Vyse: Hm? What's this black stone? It's giving off some sort of light, though...

Vyse: Is this a Moon Stone? A Black Moon Stone? Huh? Does that mean there's a Black Moon, too? I don't know what's going on here...

Vyse: Whoa... There's a whole mountain of old sails and sailing equipment...

Vyse: There's some dried fish hanging here. Well, they look like they're still a little moist. It's probably best not to eat them...

Vyse: Is this supposed to be a bed? It doesn't look very comfortable. But, it's probably more comfortable than the hammock on the Little Jack.

Vyse: There's a diary on the desk...

"I've lost count of the days... no, years... since we were shipwrecked here in the Dark Rift. I don't even remember where we were headed..."

"All of my shipmates have died. I am the only one left... I often wonder why I don't just let go and join them... But, there's something..."

"Something holding me back... keeping me going. I... I can't remember. I can't remember anything. I don't even know my own name..."

"I think I remember that I have... a wife... and a daughter. Damn! Why can't I remember?! I feel so empty... I feel like something is missing..."

"But it matters no more. I'm doomed to die here in these swirling clouds of death. I've sealed my own fate for whatever foolish reason..."

Vyse: This must be the source of the light that we saw through the window.

Vyse: Robinson lived here for so many years... with nothing to light his way but a flickering lamp...

Ragged Old Man: ............

Vyse: Um... sir? Are you alright? Did you get shipwrecked in here?

Ragged Old Man: ... Who are you?

Vyse: Uh, I'm Vyse, a Blue Air Pirate. What's your name?

Ragged Old Man: ... I don't know.

Vyse: ... Huh?

Ragged Old Man: I can't remember anything from before the shipwreck. I can't even remember my crewmates' names... I... I...

Fina: It appears that he has amnesia. Poor man... The shock of being shipwrecked must have been devastating...

Aika: You know what? You can just come with us! We'll give you a ride out of here!

Ragged Old Man: No... I know the way out... The Giant Beast leads to the outer world... But... But I cannot leave without my memories.

Aika: But, we're here to help you!

Ragged Old Man: I cannot leave. Not without knowing who I am. Not without knowing where to go once I am on the outside. No, I will stay here.

Vyse: ... Alright. We can't force you to leave. Hmm... I wonder if there's anything we can do to help him get his memory back...

Ragged Old Man: ..................

Vyse: Hey, have you remembered anything about yourself yet?

Ragged Old Man: ...Who are you? I've never seen you before...

Aika: ...Oh, no. He's forgotten all about us already!

Ragged Old Man: ............

Vyse: Um... sir? Are you alright? Did you get shipwrecked in here?

Fina: It appears that he has amnesia. Poor man... The shock of being shipwrecked must have been devastating...

Aika: I wonder where he's from...

Polly: It... it's you! Oh, thank the Moons I've found you!!

Polly: Your hair's a little longer than before and you've got a beard now, but I know it's you! I'd never forget you! You're my husband, Robinson!

Ragged Old Man: Robinson... That's my name...?

Polly: Yes, that's right! It's me! Polly! Don't you remember me? Anne and I have been waiting for you for years!

Ragged Old Man: Polly? Anne?

Ragged Old Man: ...............

Ragged Old Man: Wait... Rob... in... son... Polly... Anne... Anne... Yes!! Yes!!!

Ragged Old Man: Yes! My name is Robinson! And I remember! I remember my wife, Polly! And my daughter, Anne!

Polly: Yes, yes! That's right!!

Robinson: ...Yes, I remember now. Oh, Polly... I'm so sorry. You must've been so worried... I'm so sorry that I left you alone for so long...

Polly: I'll never let you go again!

Robinson: ...Nor will I. But... it seems like you're... a lot more woman than when I last saw you...

Polly: You haven't seen me in years and that's all you you have to say to me?!

Robinson: Your name was Vyse, right? I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Because of you, I have been reunited with Polly.

Robinson: Polly tells me that she is a member of your crew now...

Robinson: I would like to go with Polly. Could I come aboard your ship as a member of your crew?

Vyse: Of course! We could always use more help!

Robinson: I'm not in the best of shape, but I still remember how to sail. I can at least do that much for you.

Robinson has joined your crew as a "Sailor."

Ragged Old Man: ..................

Vyse: Hey, have you remembered anything about yourself yet?

Ragged Old Man: ...Who are you? I've never seen you before...

Aika: ...Oh, no. He's forgotten all about us already!

Polly: It... it's you! Oh, thank the Moons I've found you!!

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay here a little while longer."

Nasr Air Guard: We are the Nasr Air Guard! It is our duty to defend the South Dannel Strait.

Nasr Air Guard: The Southern Dannel Strait is a restricted area. No unauthorized vessels may pass through here without express permission.

Nasr Air Guard: You cannot enter, no matter how many times you try. Unauthorized vessels will not be allowed past this point.

Nasr Air Guard: We are the Nasr Air Guard. Our primary responsibility is to defend Nasrad from invaders.

Nasr Air Guard: In order for the Valuan Armada to invade us, they will have to go through the strait.

Nasr Air Guard: Hah! The Valuans are overconfident. They think their Armada is unstoppable. Let them try to get past us.

Nasr Air Guard: It doesn't matter how many ships they have. If they try to rush through the strait, we'll just pick them off.

Merchant Ship: This region of the sky is like a giant maze. There are sky rifts and islands all over the place.

Merchant Ship: We need to be careful around here. There are lots of spots where Air Pirates can hide and ambush us.

Merchant Ship: Shrine Island? Forget it. No one in their right mind would go near the place.

Merchant Ship: I've heard that there are monsters on that island, and if you fly close enough, you can hear them at night when the winds are still.

Merchant Ship: It was incredible! I heard this really loud rumble, and my ship started shaking. I looked over the side...

Merchant Ship: ... I saw a whole fleet of Valuan warships. I wonder where they were going. With a fleet that large, they must have been attacking someone.

Merchant Ship: If you're looking for Sailors' Island, it's northeast of here. Just look for the lighthouse... it'll guide you to the port.

Merchant Ship: You'll see it right after you go through the rock tunnel.

Merchant Ship: From what I hear, Valua has added another admiral to it's ranks. That makes six main fleets in the Armada now.

Merchant Ship: With that many ships, they must be up to something. I wouldn't want to get on their bad side.

Merchant Ship: Where'd you get that ship?! I've never seen a ship like that before!

Merchant Ship: Wait a second... That's a Valuan Ship! You stole it!!! You're either very brave... or very stupid!

Merchant Ship: Is that right? There's really a land called Yafutoma in the far east?

Merchant Ship: What?! You say you can reach Yafutoma by going west, too? Wait... I don't get it...

Merchant Ship: I can't believe it... Valua has been completely destroyed. You can still smell the smoke at 100 leagues, if you're downwind.

Merchant Ship: Say, you must be members of the infamous Dyne Clan. We've been hearing a lot about you guys lately!

Merchant Ship: We hear you've been really stirring things up over in Valua. Keep up the good work. We're behind you all the way.

Merchant Ship: I saw a Moon Stone hit Shrine Island yesterday.

Merchant Ship: That stone is as good as gone. You'd have to be crazy to go after it. Shrine Island is haunted, you know.

Merchant Ship: You're going to Valua? Just head north from here. It should be easy to find. But, you'll need a passport to get in.

Merchant Ship: Passports are usually only issued to a very small number of merchants who are permitted to trade with Valua.

Merchant Ship: I just heard that the Ship Parts Merchant in Sailors' Island just got in a shipment of Secondary Cannons.

Merchant Ship: All of the stores in Sailors' Island get regular shipments of new goods every now and then. You should check back there often.

Merchant Ship: A Valuan ship! Please spare me! I have done nothing wrong! I have a family to feed!!

Merchant Ship: What? You're Air Pirates? Heh... You scared me there for a second. But wait... I suppose I should still be scared, huh?

Merchant Ship: You said you sailed around the world? Ha! Yeah, right! What kind of fool do you take me for? Everyone knows the world is flat!

Merchant Ship: That massive island came up from Deep Sky and now the sky rifts are gone!

Merchant Ship: I wonder if the sky rifts were formed when the island sank into Deep Sky in the first place.

Merchant Ship: I can't believe that island rose from Deep Sky!

Merchant Ship: Think of the impact that it's going to have on all of the trade routes.

Merchant Ship: This region is called Mid Ocean. All of the trade routes pass through here.

Merchant Ship: That's Sailors' Island, over there. It's in the middle of all of the trade routes, so it's a great place to gather information.

Merchant Ship: Wow! That's an impressive weapon you have there. Hey, is that a Harpoon Cannon? I've heard those things can blast through stone reefs!

Merchant Ship: If you pass through that stone reef, and continue west, you'll see Nasr. You'll know you're there when you see a huge desert.

Merchant Ship: Have you heard? They say that Nasrad, the capital of Nasr, has been destroyed.

Merchant Ship: An Admiral named Ramirez leveled the place. Some of the merchants are helping the refugees.

Merchant Ship: They've reopened the route to Cape Victory!

Merchant Ship: Now that engineers are developing engines that can power through sky rifts, it's even safe to go to Esparanza now!

Merchant Ship: A few advances in technology can really change the world.

Merchant Ship: I heard a rumble, then there were some strong gusts of wind. I was trying to keep control of my ship, and that island came out of nowhere!

Merchant Ship: Some merchants see this as an opportunity to make a profit, but not me! I'm more concerned with staying alive!

Merchant Ship: You guys are amazing! You actually defeated the Valuan Armada! I can't believe it!

Merchant Ship: But the Valuans still have a base on that huge island! I hope you can send that thing back into Deep Sky where it belongs!

Merchant Ship: Just recently, trade routes have been established in North Ocean!

Merchant Ship: I heard that Gordo, the Air Pirate, actually opened a restaurant out there, and I heard that the food is really good, too!

Merchant Ship: I'm not about to let that new continent scare me away! Trade has been better than ever, lately.

Merchant Ship: I know Air Pirates spend all their time going after treasure, but we have to make an honest living.

Merchant Ship: If you head due north from here, you'll run into Valua.

Merchant Ship: Be careful, they won't let you in without a Valuan Passport. And forget about sneaking in, there are patrols all over the place.

Merchant Ship: You guys are pirates, aren't you? If you are, I'd stay clear of Valua. If they catch you, you're as good as dead.

Merchant Ship: Valua has strict laws against piracy. If they even think you're a pirate, they bring you to the Coliseum and execute you.

Merchant Ship: Did you hear what happened in Valua?

Merchant Ship: There's rumors that someone actually broke out of the Grand Fortress. I'd like to meet that guy, and shake his hand.

Merchant Ship: I've seen a lot of Valuan construction ships in the area. They must be working on something pretty big.

Merchant Ship: Hey, did you hear? Valua is constructing a new base. They are building it on Dangral Island.

Merchant Ship: None of our ships can fly low enough to get a good look at it, but there's been lots of construction ships in the area.

Merchant Ship: With that ship of yours, you might be able to see what's going on. Go south and and start searching under the clouds. You can't miss it.

Merchant Ship: You should be able to see the base, if you fly south from here and search under the clouds.

Merchant Ship: There's been a lot of Valuan ships around here lately, so we figured that they were up to something...

Merchant Ship: But I never would have guessed that they were capable of raising an entire continent out of Deep Sky.

Merchant Ship: I can't believe it! You guys were amazing! I never thought I'd see all of the Air Pirates join forces and attack the Armada head on.

Merchant Ship: By winning that battle, you guys changed the course of the world! Who knows what would have happened if the Armada had won?

Nasr Merchant Ship: Welcome to Nasr, the desert kingdom!

Nasr Merchant Ship: There's a port called Maramba nearby. Your ship looks like it's been through quite a bit. Maybe you should restock your supplies there.

Nasr Merchant Ship: It looks like your ship is from Nasr, but you don't look Nasrean. I should warn you...

Nasr Merchant Ship: With a ship that small, you would never make it through the stone reefs that surround our beautiful desert. You should turn back.

Nasr Merchant Ship: If you go southwest from here, you'll reach South Ocean, there are some really strong headwinds there, so be careful.

Nasr Merchant Ship: It is uncharted territory... no one has ever made it through South Ocean before, although many have tried.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Cape Victory? I've heard of it. It's on the southern tip of Nasr.

Nasr Merchant Ship: If you want to go there, although I can't imagine why anyone would go there, you'll have to fly through a sky rift. Good luck trying...

Nasr Merchant Ship: Items from the newly discovered continent have already begun to make their way into the marketplaces of the rest of the world.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Nasrad may have been destroyed, but as long as there are goods to trade, merchants like us will survive.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Soltis... Yes, I've heard that name before. It was the name of an ancient civilization. Some of our historians have records of it.

Nasr Merchant Ship: The legends state that the Moons themselves pushed the entire continent into Deep Sky.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Hail, travelers! I am a merchant from the Kingdom of Nasr.

Nasr Merchant Ship: My primary trade is in carpets and Red Moon Stones.

Nasr Merchant Ship: During ship battles, sometimes your gunners will lose sight of their targets. Any gunner worth his salt will shout "Lost" when this happens.

Nasr Merchant Ship: This often happens when your opponent gets behind you in the heat of battle.

Nasr Merchant Ship: I heard that the Valuan Armada attacked Nasrad, and destroyed the city!

Nasr Merchant Ship: I'll bet they burned my shop to the ground, too. Damn Valuans!

Nasr Merchant Ship: My shop in Nasrad is gone... destroyed in the attack. I have no idea what I'm going to do now...

Nasr Merchant Ship: First, the Armada leveled Nasrad, now it looks like they're going to destroy the rest of the world too.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Please... I know who you are... I've heard of tales of your bravery... I beg you. Please... stop them. You're the only one who can.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Welcome to Nasrad, the capital of our kingdom!

Nasr Merchant Ship: We have riches beyond your wildest dreams... We are truly blessed by the Red Moon. Enjoy your stay...

Nasr Merchant Ship: Your ship is able to fly beneath the clouds, I'm sure you've seen some amazing things.

Nasr Merchant Ship: I bet there're strange creatures and sunken ships down there, eh?

Nasr Merchant Ship: The Nasr fleet protects our trade routes from Black Pirates. That's why Nasr is so profitable. Everyone trades with us, because it's safe.

Nasr Merchant Ship: The capitol of Nasr, may have been destroyed, but not the spirit of the Nasr people. They've already started rebuilding.

Nasr Merchant Ship: I know that a new city will rise from the ashes of the old.

Nasr Merchant Ship: If you keep heading south, you'll run into South Ocean. Traveling through there is almost impossible.

Nasr Merchant Ship: There are some really strong headwinds there... Most ships can't handle it. It's best to avoid that area completely.

Nasr Merchant Ship: What?! You're really going to try to cross South Ocean? But, no one has ever crossed it before!!

Nasr Merchant Ship: What is it with young people these days? You could get killed! Well, don't say I didn't warn you.

Nasr Merchant Ship: What?! You mean to tell me that you crossed South Ocean and discovered a new continent?

Nasr Merchant Ship: Hmm... If that's true, it might be possible to start a new trade route through South Ocean.

Nasr Merchant Ship: We tried to set up a trade route with the new continent through South Ocean, but the headwinds were too strong.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Trade routes have opened in North Ocean, but that doesn't help us here in the South.

Nasr Merchant Ship: I don't know if it has anything to do with the appearance of that huge island, but the skies of South Ocean are calm.

Nasr Merchant Ship: Once the war is over, I may be able to open up that trade route to the new continent like I've been wanting to.

Nasr Merchant Ship: I'm counting on you, Vyse! It's entirely on your shoulders! Think of the possibilities! Think of the money!

Valuan Merchant Ship: I don't think I've ever seen a ship like that around here before. I'll bet it's a Moon Stone Trader coming to dig up Yellow Moon Stones.

Valuan Merchant Ship: Just so you know, the Moon Stones in this area have already been mined, so there's hardly any left.

Valuan Merchant Ship: Valua is trying to expand because we need to find new sources of Moon Stones as soon as possible.

Valuan Merchant Ship: Valua is trying to expand because we need to find new sources of Moon Stones as soon as possible.

Valuan Merchant Ship: Ah, protecting us from Air Pirates... Good. It's always nice to see that the Valuan Armada is looking out for us.

Valuan Merchant Ship: I've heard that there's an Air Pirate named Vyse who thinks he can outwit the Armada. I hope you catch him!

Valuan Merchant Ship: It's shocking news! Lord Galcian has rebelled against Empress Teodora!

Valuan Merchant Ship: I, I never would have imagined that our glorious empire would errupt into civil war! I wonder what Lord Galcian is after...

Valuan Merchant Ship: I couldn't believe my eyes. Moon Stones were falling on Valua... like rain!

Valuan Merchant Ship: When the rain stopped, there was nothing left... Valua has been destroyed.

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: Shhh! Hey kid... I got some Valuan arms here...

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: I also buy and sell Discovery information. I've got everything you need...

What will you do?: "Buy and sell ship parts." "Buy and sell Discovery information." "Leave."

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: Valua discovered Ixa'taka several years ago and immediately conquered it.

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: Today it is a colony of Valua. The people of Ixa'taka have been put to work as slaves in order to get Moon Stones.

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: The Valuan forces have withdrawn from this region, and the Ixa'takans don't have a need for ship parts...

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: I really don't know how much longer I'll be able to stay in business. Maybe it's time to look for a new line of work...

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: You've heard of Domingo, right... He's one of the greatest explorers of our time.

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: If you're hunting for treasure in this area, good luck. It's not easy finding anything that Domingo hasn't already discovered.

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: Last time I saw him, he said he was searching for the "Ixa'taka Palace."

Black Market Ship Parts Dealer: I'm always flying around this area, so if you're ever around, feel free to stop by.

Valuan Merchant Ship: North Ocean is a vital trade route that brings a wealth of new goods from the new continent back to Valua.

Valuan Merchant Ship: Unfortunately, where there's gold to be made, there's always pirates that want to steal it. Be careful!

Valuan Merchant Ship: Admirals Belleza and Vigoro took their fleets to do battle in the west just a little while ago...

Valuan Merchant Ship: Both fleets suffered heavy losses. I wonder what happened to them?

Valuan Merchant Ship: Just recently, other merchants have begun trading with the new continent, and Valua's losing control over the trade routes.

Valuan Merchant Ship: I've also heard that there's dissention in the Royal Palace, too.

Valuan Merchant Ship: Our capital has been destroyed. Our glorious reign of Valuan supremacy appears to be at an end.

Valuan Merchant Ship: What do you think of my new ship? Just look at the shine on this baby! Its new engine is even capable of punching through sky rifts.

Valuan Merchant Ship: With ships like this, we'll be able to establish a trade route running from Maramba to Esparanza!

Valuan Merchant Ship: The other day when I was flying near the Dark Rift, I was attacked by a creature the size of an island.

Valuan Merchant Ship: I barely managed to escape with my life... I couldn't believe how big it was... It was the scariest thing I've ever seen!

Ixa'takan Ship: Your ship is very different. Are you from the West?

Ixa'takan Ship: These lands are blessed by the Green Moon. It is called Ixa'taka. The forest is our home.

Ixa'takan Ship: Our people eat berries and seeds. We really like to eat "Sky Sardis" but they are harder to catch than berries and seeds.

Ixa'takan Ship: Can you please bring me 10 "Sky Sardis?"

Vyse: If you want "Sky Sardis," I have 10 right here! You can have them, if you want.

You give 10 "Sky Sardis" to the captain of the ship.

Ixa'takan Ship: Chomp chomp chomp... Yum! I love fish!

Ixa'takan Ship: I'd eat them every day, but they're too hard to catch.

Ixa'takan Ship: Thank you. I am very grateful. Take this as a symbol of my appreciation.

You received 1 "Abirik Cham."

Ixa'takan Ship: The "Sky Sardis" were very good. But, I got a bone stuck in my throat! I guess I ate them too fast.

Ixa'takan Ship: Our ships have wings, but they also need Moon Stones for fuel.

Ixa'takan Ship: The Valuan ships breathe fire. We are no match for them.

Ixa'takan Ship: A Great Bird spreads its wings... I once heard this story, a long time ago.

Ixa'takan Ship: Somewhere near the northern lake, they say there's a Great Bird that's visible only from the sky.

Ixa'takan Ship: The Valuans left Moon Stone Mountain.

Ixa'takan Ship: The people that were taken hostage returned to Horteka. I'm so glad that they're all safe.

Ixa'takan Ship: Many, many Valuan ships came. The ship with the big firestick blew a hole in the western stone reef.

Ixa'takan Ship: But then, your ship appeared through that hole. Where did you come from?

Ixa'takan Ship: There's a hole at the end of the world. It's big and scary. I'm going to stay away from it.

Ixa'takan Ship: The other day, I went near the hole. Another ship came out. All of the people on it had black hair. I was scared.

Ixa'takan Ship: We've been hiding, but with the Valuans gone, we can fly our ships again.

Ixa'takan Ship: The Valuans left through the iron wall across the northern valley and flew away. I think you can get to Valua from there.

Ixa'takan Ship: Many Valuan ships came. I was afraid and hid from them. They flew past me, to the west of here.

Ixa'takan Ship: After a while, the ships came back. There was lots of smoke on the ships. I wonder what happened...

Ixa'takan Ship: I heard a scary noise coming from the eastern skies. I wonder what it was...

Ixa'takan Hermit: I live apart from the rest of the world in this quiet place, making my home with the flowers and the insects.

Ixa'takan Hermit: I'm grateful that you took the trouble to visit me here, so let me tell you a little secret.

Ixa'takan Hermit: North of the lands of the Yellow Moon there is a wonderful flower called the "Balloon Flower." It's very beautiful.

Ixa'takan Hermit: You will also find a huge flock of insects that flutter in the wind if you travel to the land where Ixa'taka meets the Land of the Red Moon.

Ixa'takan Hermit: ... Travel high in the sky to find "Flutterflies."

Yafutoman Ship: I'm a fisherman. I've been chasing after a fish called "Hamahai" for a long time.

Yafutoman Ship: This fish called "Hamahai" is a really rare species that's found only in the skies high above Yafutoma.

Yafutoman Ship: They fetch a great price, of course. If you have the time, you might want to see if you can snag some.

Yafutoman Ship: Who are you guys anyway? And how do you manage to stay in the air with those steel ships of yours?

Yafutoman Ship: I know who you are! You're Westerners! I've read about people from the West, but you're the first Westerners that I've actually seen!

Yafutoman Ship: Thanks to Prince Daigo, the Tenkou fleet has now been recognized as an official part of the Yafutoman Navy.

Yafutoman Ship: They don't have to stay in the ranks either. Because they're Air Pirates, they're better at guerilla tactics and boarding enemy ships!

Yafutoman Ship: Prince Daigo already set sail towards the west with the rest of the Yafutoman Navy.

Yafutoman Ship: I think Yafutoma is better off with Prince Daigo as a Naval Commander. It was a mistake to exile him in the first place.

Yafutoman Ship: Mount Kazai is our most impressive landmark. I doubt any ships from the west would be able to sail over it.

Yafutoman Ship: What?! You're telling me that your ship can sail over Mount Kazai?!

Yafutoman Ship: Well, I'm really impressed. My compliments to your engineers.

Yafutoman Ship: Beyond the eastern sky, there is a stone reef. I found a hole in it, but I've been too scared to fly close to it.

Yafutoman Ship: The other day, I finally got the courage to go near it, but I saw someone in a strange-looking ship, wearing a mask, so I flew away.

Gordo: There haven't been any fish around here since that new island came out of Deep Sky.

Gordo: Anyone who takes food away from me will pay dearly. Vyse, I hope you destroy them...

Gordo: What was that? You're looking for Gentum, Khale, and Kabal?

Gordo: I see... well, it looks like you are searching for some exotic ingredients.

Gordo: Fortunately, we serve Kabal here in my restaurant. I'd be more than happy to give you some.

Gordo: It's always best to marinade it for a day or two before cooking it... that's when all the flavors start to come out. Good Kabal is very rare...

You received "Kabal."

Gordo: Well then... You're still looking for the other 2 ingredients, right?

Gordo: Hmm... It's a commonly used spice over in Nasr, and it's easily recognizable by its scent.

Gordo: I'd be surprised if you couldn't find any in Nasrad. After all, it is the largest trade city in the world.

Gordo: And what else were you looking for? Ah yes... Khale. The "Spice of Dreams" as it is sometimes called.

Gordo: Not only does it spice up food, it actually enhances the flavor of it as well.

Gordo: But, I have heard rumors that the last of the Khale Trees burned down in the Valua - Nasr War.

Gordo: In the Far East, there is an island that is made up entirely of spices. If you can find that island, you may be in luck.

Gordo: I think you'll be able to find "Gentum" in Nasrad.

Gordo: If you're looking for "Khale", there may be some on Spice Island in the Far East.

Gordo: Well, well... I see that the information that I gave you on Gentum and Khale was helpful.

Gordo: If you ever have any more questions concerning exotic ingredients, I'll be able to help. I'm not called the Gourmet Pirate for nothing.

Daigo: Well, Vyse, this is it. The rest of us will be watching your back from up here. Go Vyse, you're the only one that can do this.

Jao: We pray...

Mao: ... for your victory.

Centime: Vyse, if it is okay, could you take my son, Hans, with you?

Centime: He looks up to you quite a bit. And even though he's already very skilled at engineering, I think it would be great training for him.

Centime: I think it is time for him to go off on his own and make his mark in the world.

Hans: Vyse, take me with you! I'll do my best to be of service!

What will you say?: "Of course!" "Sorry, but I can't take you with me."

Vyse: Of course! I could use another good engineer on my ship!

Hans: Really? Thank you so much!

Hans has joined your crew as an "Engineer."

Vyse: Sorry, but I can't take you with me. Doesn't Centime need you to work on his ship?

Centime: Don't worry about me, Vyse. I'm quite an accomplished engineer myself. I've taught him all that I can.

Hans: My father has trained me well! But I know there is probably much more that I can learn by working on your ship! Please!

Vyse: I see... Alright, then. I'll take you with me.

Hans: Thank you so much!

Hans has joined your crew as an "Engineer."

Centime: Hans... You'll have to pull your own weight on the Delphinus... And do what Captain Vyse tells you to do.

Hans: Sure, Dad. You've taught me well, and I always follow orders. I'll do everything I can to help Captain Vyse.

Gilder's Vice Captain: Captain Gilder! You can leave the Claudia with us! We'll take care of her!

Willy: Leave it to us! Wrrack! Leave it to us!

Clara: Oh, Gilder... promise me... promise me that you'll come back. I'll be waiting right here.

Clara: We will always be together. We'll watch the sunset when you get back. It'll be so romantic. You're such a dreamboat. My ring size is...

Clara: Oh, my goodness! Oh, my goodness! What am I saying!? Gilder, we can discuss this later... Hurry back!

Clara: Oh, Gilder... promise me, promise me that you'll come back to me!

Dyne: Vyse, on the Albatross, you always did your best. You were always the first to board an enemy ship, and nobody could stop you.

Dyne: I've always been proud of you. Maybe there were times when I didn't show it, but I've never been disappointed in you.

Dyne: Now, this is it. We've got the enemy cornered. Don't give up, Vyse! I know you can do it!

Baltor: Don't you dare get yourself killed, now, Vyse! Understand?! I want you to know I won't stand for it!

Baltor: I'll kill you if you die fighting with those clowns. Got that?! I'm the one who gets to kill you! Me!

Aika: Visibility is horrible! Vyse, the fog's too thick! I can barely see!

Vyse: That's strange... there's never any fog in this region... I wonder what's causing it.

Vyse: The only way to get to Valua is through here... Slow to half speed...

Aika: Vyse, wait... we're too close to that island over there!

Dyne: Hey, you're going the wrong way. There's nothing but open sky over there.

Dyne: Turn around and head back to Pirate Isle. This is no time for you to be fooling around.

Aika: Hey, Vyse! You're heading the wrong way! Did you forget how to read a compass or something?

Aika: Shrine Island is to the southwest of here! That's when the little needle thingy is between the "S" and the "W."

Aika: Where are you going? We need to get back home to Pirate Isle!

Dyne: This is Shrine Island. Some people say that it's some kind of ancient temple, others think it's haunted.

Dyne: We don't have time to go sight-seeing. Turn the ship around and head back to Pirate Isle.

Valuan Patrol Ship: Beyond this point is the Valuan Empire. Show me your entry passport.

Valuan Patrol Ship: What?! You don't have a passport?! I cannot allow you to go beyond this point! Go back to the pit you crawled out of!

Valuan Patrol Ship: Beyond this point is the Valuan Empire. Show me your entry passport.

Vyse: A passport? I've got one right here. Take your time looking it over.

Valuan Patrol Ship: ... Hmm. Very well.

Valuan Patrol Ship: You may proceed.

Drachma: Listen up, boy. This area is known as South Ocean. It's considered to be one of the most difficult places to sail through.

Drachma: There's a strong crosswind that blows from the west. Nobody has ever successfully made it through there.

Vyse: Wow... Sounds like fun. Let's give it a shot.

Drachma: Idiot! Don't take it so lightly! If it was that easy, I wouldn't be warnin' you like this!

Drachma: Small ships are torn apart by the fierce winds. Even large ships need considerable power to just move forward.

Drachma: The Little Jack's engine isn't strong enough to get through here. We must turn back.

Drachma: This is South Ocean, boy. I thought I told you that we'd never make it through there alive. Turn this ship around!

Bellena: The area before you is called South Ocean. I'd turn back if I were you.

Bellena: There's a strong wind that blows from the west here. This place is known among sailors as one of the most difficult places to sail through.

Bellena: Nobody has ever made it through this place. And nobody knows what lies on the other side, either.

Aika: Wow... I suppose we'd never make it through in this tiny ship.

Bellena: This ship would probably be torn apart instantly in the fierce winds.

Bellena: We would need a much, much more powerful engine even to have a chance of making it through there.

Aika: You're probably right. And besides... we should be looking for the Red Moon Crystal right now, anyway. Alright Vyse! Turn this ship around!

Bellena: I told you that this is South Ocean. We'd never make it through there. Turn the boat around.

Drachma: Listen up, boy. This area is known as South Ocean. It's considered to be one of the most difficult places to sail through.

Drachma: There's a strong crosswind that blows from the west. Nobody has ever successfully sailed through it.

Vyse: But the lands of the Green Moon are through here, right?

Vyse: And besides, we have Belleza's engine now. It's not like we don't have a chance of making it through.

Drachma: Hmm... Perhaps. But my knowledge of this place is limited. You're on your own, boy.

Drachma: This isn't goin' to be an easy journey. Prepare yourselves for the worst, kids.

Fina: Vyse! This is it! This is where the Red Moon Crystal is buried!

Vyse: Great! Let's land this ship and search the place right away!

Drachma: ......

Drachma: ... Wait, boy. Head to town first. I've got some things that I need to take care of.

Drachma: There's a port city named Maramba near here. Go there first, got it?

Vyse: Um... sure. No problem. I just thought that we could... um... never mind. It doesn't matter to me.

Drachma: You can explore the temple later. Head to Maramba first, boy.

Drachma: Hrumph... So this is the Iron Net. I've heard rumors about it.

Drachma: I heard that the Valuans built this to prevent people from coming here from North Ocean.

Drachma: I guess they didn't want anyone to find out about this new land.

Aika: I hate to say this, but I don't think we're going to be able to break through that thing. We should turn back.

Drachma: We'll never be able to break through the Iron Net, boy. Turn this boat around.

High Priest: Did you people come from the east? Then I have nothing to talk to you about. Go back to where you came from!

Drachma: This looks like the Valuan headquarters here in these parts.

Drachma: Who knows what will happen if we just go wanderin' around in there. We shouldn't get too close, boy.

Drachma: What are you doin', boy?! Are you tryin' to leave Valua?!

Aika: Yeah! Aren't we supposed to be looking for the Yellow Crystal around here? Turn this boat around Vyse!

Drachma: Idiot!! Where'dya think you're goin'?! You're headin' straight out of Valua!

Drachma: Rhaknam is somewhere around here! I won't let you ruin my chance to catch him this time!! Turn this boat around right now!!

Gilder: Hey, hey! Where do you think you're going, Vyse? That's Valuan homeland over there!

Gilder: Don't you think we have better things to do than to pick another fight with the Valuans? We should probably avoid this area.

Aika: Wait a second there, Fina. Isn't that Valua up ahead?

Aika: What are we going to do with this little boat if the Valuans decide to attack us? We probably should stay out of there for now.

Drachma: Idiot!! Where'dya think you're goin'?! You're headin' straight out of Valua!

Drachma: Rhaknam is somewhere around here! I won't let you ruin my chance to catch him this time!! Turn this boat around right now!!

Aika: Hey! Look over there! There's some kind of vortex! Maybe we can go inside it!

Enrique: Ugh... Per... Perhaps we should head over to... ugh... Esparanza, first...

Enrique: I don't know... how much longer I can take... this before I... ulp!

Aika: Heh... I swear... What are we going to do with you, Enrique? I suppose we have no choice for now. Vyse, let's head over to Esparanza!

Enrique: Ugh... Please... can't we just... stop by Esparanza first? I'm begging you... ulp!

Vyse: It looks like we can get inside the Dark Rift through here. Enrique, are you ready?

Enrique: ... Yes, I'm ready. I don't suppose I have much of a choice at this point. We must get through the Dark Rift no matter what.

Enrique: Don't mind me... I will be fine. This is neither the time nor the place to be complaining about airsickness.

Gilder: I'd stay out of that place, if I were you. There are all sorts of powerful creatures living in that area.

Gilder: It's not a place that I would take a leisurely trip through. As much as I like a good thrill, I think we should probably turn around.

Fina: Aika... It looks like we've gone a little too far to the north.

Aika: I think you're right. Who knows what's up ahead. It might be a little dangerous to go exploring right now.

Aika: And from what I can tell of the map, Daccat's Island probably isn't north of here anyway. Let's turn around and continue searching.

Gilder: I'd stay out of that place, if I were you. There are all sorts of powerful creatures living in that area.

Gilder: It's not a place that I would take a leisurely trip through. As much as I like a good thrill, I think we should probably turn around.

Enrique: Vyse... do not return to Crescent Isle. I beg of you.

Enrique: If I go back now... I... I'm afraid that my determination will falter. I cannot allow myself to do that...

Vyse: What's this? There's something set into the statue's eye socket...

You found the "Golden Man's Eye."

Aika: Hey, no one will notice if it's missing, right? And besides... we're Air Pirates!! Can you really blame us for taking a little bit of treasure?

Vyse: Hm? Hey, Aika... do you see something glittering on the ground? Right where the eye of that bird would be...

Aika: Hey, you're right! Let me go down and see what it is...

Aika: ... Hey, Vyse! I found something! There was a gem stuck into the ground! I'm sure they won't miss a little, itty-bitty gem, would they?

You found the "Great Bird's Eye."

Aika: Besides, who knows when a nice little gem like this will come in handy?

Fina: I... I can't believe that they actually used the Rains of Destruction...

Aika: Fina...

Gilder: ... Vyse, maybe we should head back to Crescent Isle and take a minute to regroup. We can't do anything to get into Soltis right now, anyway.

Vyse: ... You're right. I really hate to do this, but it looks like we have no choice but to just head home for now.

Vyse: There's an incredibly strong wind blowing from inside the Dark Rift.

Vyse: It looks like it's going to be tough to get through there even with the Delphinus...

Vyse: Hm... It looks like we've come out of the Dark Rift on the same side that we went in on.

Aika: On the treasure map it says, "The dead will always watch over my treasure."

Aika: And there's a skull here on the eastern part of the Valuan continent. I wonder if that has to do with anything...

Vyse: ... What's this place? Why are there buildings being built on an island way down here?!

Vyse: It's too dangerous to go back there right now. And, besides... I shouldn't let Gregorio's sacrifice be in vain.

Aika: This is the Armada's homebase. We probably shouldn't get too close, or we'll be asking for trouble. Let's just turn the ship around...

Aika: We did it!! We actually made it through the Dark Rift!!

Enrique: Well! I can't believe that we are actually going to be able to see what lies east of the Dark Rift! We're making history as we speak!

Aika: Wow! There are so many herbs and spices growing here! I've never seen so many in one place before!

Vyse: It's amazing... This place truly is a treasure island.

Fina: But we really shouldn't disturb the island too much...

Aika: Yeah... I suppose that if we took too many of the seeds and stuff that the trees might not be able to grow back.

Aika: ... But, I'm sure it would be okay just to take a little bit, right Vyse?

Vyse: I swear, Aika. You and your "just a little bit." Alright, alright... we'll take something with us.

You received the spice "Khale."

Drachma: King Ixa'taka spoke of an Iron Net to the north of this continent.

Aika: Yeah... But, if the Valuans escaped to the north, that means they probably had to take down the Iron Net, right?

Drachma: That means we'll be able to reach North Ocean that way. We'll head straight to Valua from there.

Enrique: In truth, the Delphinus has not yet been completed.

Enrique: The hull hasn't been fully reinforced yet, so it would probably be impossible to fly through stone reefs at this point.

Enrique: And the engine's output settings haven't been properly adjusted yet either, so we probably won't be able fly through sky rifts.

Engine: However, if we can find some way to fix the hull and the engine, I'm sure sky rifts and stone reefs would pose no problem for this ship.

Dyne: Wait... that's the legendary "Pirate's Grave!"

Briggs the Vice Captain: Good job, Vyse! I'm sure that the Sailors' Guild would be more than happy to pay you for making this Discovery!

Vyse: Guild? Pay me for a Discovery?

Dyne: Much of this world is uncharted and shrouded in legend. Ruins, strange creatures... all sorts of things are waiting to be discovered.

Dyne: Any major port city will have a Sailors' Guild. They pay explorers well for any information on Discoveries that they've made.

Dyne: When you're flying through the skies and your compass starts spinning around rapidly, that means there's a Discovery nearby.

Dyne: If you try searching the area, you'll probably find a Discovery. Just head over to the Sailors' Guild afterwards and collect your reward.

Dyne: But, the longer you wait, the greater the chance that someone else will beat you to it. So, you should visit the Guild as soon as you can, okay?

Dyne: Vyse, before we set sail, do you have any questions that you wanted to ask me?

What will you say?: "How do I steer this thing?" "How do we get home from here?" "No, not really."

Vyse: Just to be safe, how exactly do I steer this thing?

Dyne: I never thought I'd hear you ask something like that. Heh... Nevertheless, pay close attention.

Dyne: Using the Control Stick, you can move forward and backward. You can turn left and right as well.

Dyne: Control your altitude by pressing the R and L Buttons. R Button will raise the ship, while L Button will lower it. The C Stick works as well.

Dyne: Whenever you want to search anything or whenever you want to dock at a harbor, just press the A Button.

Vyse: Um... don't laugh at me, Dad... er... Captain, but I don't remember the way home from here. Could you tell me where to go?

Dyne: How do you expect to become a good sailor if you don't pay attention to where you are?! Just head southeast from here.

Dyne: You'll recognize the island when you see it... hopefully. If you get lost, you can look at a map using the Y Button.

Dyne: Also, you'll run into monsters on occasion as you're sailing. If you do, run out to the deck and take 'em out.

Dyne: One word of warning: there are these monsters called Maroccas that live around here. They're pretty tough.

Dyne: If you're not doing much damage on your enemy, try hitting the Y Button to change the properties of your weapon. It might work better.

Dyne: Well, then! Full speed ahead! Destination, Pirate Isle!

Drachma: That reminds me... you should have received something called a "Captain's Stripe."

Drachma: You'll receive one for every major battle that you win. It's sort of like a trophy.

Drachma: If you "Use" a Captain's Stripe, it will make your ship stronger.

Vyse: I see. Thanks for the advice, Captain.

Drachma: It looks like we picked up a "Magic Cannon" from the lady admiral.

Drachma: Using this, we'll be able to fire cannonballs charged with magical energy.

Aika: Just like Belleza was doing, right? That's great! Vyse! Did you hear that?! We should really put this thing to good use!

Drachma: Be careful though, boy. Using the Magic Cannon uses up MP just like normal magic. So don't go too crazy with it.

Doc: So, how're things going? Did you catch any Moonfish?

Doc: Maria's counting on you! Make sure to bring back a bunch of Moonfish for Maria's little friend!

Doc: Hey, guys! How've you been? Thanks to all your hard work, Maria and I have been doing just fine.

Doc: And hey... if you're ever in the area, feel free to just stop on by whenever you want!

Maria: Vyse, come back soon!

Maria: Uncle Doc isn't here right now... He had to go work.

Vyse: Oh really? I guess we should come back some other time then...

Vyse: Alright, Maria. We'll be back soon!

Curt Voice: Hm? Can I help you? This ship here is a free medical vessel. Are you here for treatment? You sick or something?

Vyse: No, we're fine. We were just passing through the area and saw your ship. We figured we'd come and see who you were.

Curt Voice: Wait a second... your clothes! Your weapons! Your eyepatch! You guys are Air Pirtes!

Curt Voice: You're just in time. There is something that I want to ask of you guys... Please, come inside.

Doc: There should be Moonfish near or on Sailors' Island. I'm sure if you look hard enough, you can find them.

Doc: Be sure to check on top of roofs and behind buildings! Check everywhere using your first person point of view! Good luck!

Young Female Voice: So, you're the infamous Vyse. I pictured you to be... taller. Nevertheless, I see that you have taken the Black Spot that I put out.

Young Female Voice: Stand by. I am boarding your ship.

Aika: Hey... This looks like the ship of one of the Pirates on the Sailors' Guild Wanted List!

What will you do?: "Move in closer." "Stay where you are."

Vyse: Hmm... This might turn into a bad situation if we approach that ship now. Maybe we should talk to him when we're a little more ready...

Aika: Isn't it a little fishy for a boat to be out sailing alone way out here?

What will you do?: "Move in closer." "Stay where you are."

Vyse: Hmm... This might turn into a bad situation if we approach that ship now. Maybe we should talk to him when we're a little more ready...

Doc: Sorry, but I'm about to make a house call. Can ya come back a little later?

What will you do?: "Enter Headquarters." "Fight the Special Air Pirate." "Return to the skies."

Ragged Old Man: ... Who are you?

Vyse: Uh, I'm Vyse, a Blue Air Pirate. What's your name?

Ragged Old Man: ... I don't know.

Vyse: ... Huh?

Ragged Old Man: I can't remember anything from before the shipwreck. I can't even remember my crewmates' names... I... I...

Fina: It appears that he has amnesia. Poor man... The shock of being shipwrecked must have been devastating...

Vyse: This looks like it's the last door.

Aika: The fog is so thick... I can barely see what's in front of me...

Fina: It's so cold... even the air is freezing...

Vyse: Well, we can't let that stop us.

Vyse: Aaaahhh!!!

Fina: ...Vyse?

Aika: ... Hey! Where'd Vyse go?

Vyse: ... I'm down here...

Aika: Vyse?! What happened?!

Vyse: That was close...

Vyse: If we can see the sky through the floor... that means we're at the bottom!

Fina: Hey... the fog is starting to lift.

Enrique: Oh... I never imagined that we'd find this...

Aika: Wow... There are buildings shaped like icicles hanging from the ceiling!

Fina: ...This is Glacia. In the Old World, it was the capital of this region.

Fina: The people that lived here were powerful mages... Using the powers of the Purple Moon, they built this city.

Fina: And because this city was built below the ice, it was unharmed by the Rains of Destruction.

Fina: So, Glacia is as it was during the time of the Old World.

Aika: But wait... Then what happened to the people that were living here?

Fina: ... I, I don't know. According to the legends, the people of Glacia just disappeared.

Fina: Nobody knows where they went, or why they left.

Fina: Maybe they left their city to invade another land...

Fina: And they perished in the war and in the Rains...

Aika: I can't imagine an entire culture becoming extinct.

Aika: Think of all of the knowledge that was lost... Everything that these people worked so hard for is going to stay buried here forever.

Vyse: ...Let's go. We should find the Purple Moon Crystal, before we get buried here forever.

Vyse: ...It won't open. It feels like something's holding it shut, but I can't tell what...

Fina: It's so difficult to see...

Aika: Someone's there!

Fina: Oh...!

Aika: I don't believe it!

Drachma: ...Who's there?!

Vyse: Drachma?!

Aika: Cap'n!!!

Drachma: What're you kids doing here?!

Aika: It really is you! I never thought I'd see you again!

Drachma: Yeah... well... uhhh...

Vyse: It's been a while, Captain. Heh... I had a feeling you survived the attack!

Fina: But, Captain... What are you doing at the bottom of Glacia?

Drachma: ......

Aika: What?

Vyse: No... it's not...

Vyse: It is!!! What's Rhaknam doing here?!

Drachma: ...Follow me.

Aika: Is... is he dead?

Drachma: No... he's still alive. But, he was badly wounded by Ramirez's ships.

Drachma: It is a fatal wound. Rhaknam is dyin'...

Drachma: When Rhaknam fled from Ramirez, I got pulled along... If I wasn't attached to him, the Little Jack would have been destroyed.

Drachma: This is his... home.

Vyse: Captain... You mean to tell me that you've been alone... here... with Rhaknam the whole time?

Drachma: Aye.

Enrique: Is that...?

Enrique: Vyse! Look! That light...!

Vyse: What...? Is... is that the Moon Crystal?!

Enrique: It must be. Which would mean that... this arcwhale... Rhaknam... is the Purple Gigas?

Fina: I can't believe that Rhaknam is the Purple Gigas!

Fina: The... the name of the Purple Gigas is Plergoth.

Fina: According to the legends, the citizens of the Purple Civilization implanted the Purple Crystal into a living creature.

Vyse: Then... that means that Rhaknam was once a normal arcwhale?

Fina: Yes. I think after Rhaknam had been transformed into the Purple Gigas, his master perished... and he has been wandering the skies ever since.

Fina: So this poor arcwhale was also a victim of the war.

Aika: But Cap'n... Why did you stay here all that time?

Aika: If the Little Jack is here with you, why didn't you leave?

Drachma: ......

Drachma: I've spent my life... searching for Rhaknam to avenge my crew... and my son...

Drachma: I wasted all those years... Rhaknam saved me from Ramirez...

Drachma: I... I just thought that I could watch over him in his last moments. It's the least I could do.

Vyse: ...

Aika: Why is he making that noise?

Drachma: I... I'm not sure.

Drachma: What's wrong? I'm here for you.

Vyse: This isn't good.

Aika: Look... at his eye!

Drachma: Rhaknam...

Drachma: I see... It's time for you to go...

Drachma: Time for you to join your friends... Good-bye...

Vyse: Oh, no...

Enrique: Look... the Crystal!

Vyse: I'm sorry, Captain...

You received the "Purple Moon Crystal."

Vyse: That chunk of metal is huge!!!

Fina: Beneath it is "The Maw of Tartas." It's an entrance to a series of caverns.

Fina: These caverns are the resting place of the Yellow Crystal as well as the Yellow Gigas.

Fina: This seal was built by my people after the Rains of Destruction in order to contain the Yellow Gigas. Now the Yellow Gigas lies dormant...

Drachma: Good... keep that thing locked up...

Aika: Well, I know this means that the Gigas can't get out...

Aika: But, it also means that we can't get in!

Vyse: Hmm... I don't think there's any way we can get through this seal. What should we do?

Hey! Don't move!

Valuan Soldier: The punishment for trespassing near the Great Seal is death!

Valuan Soldier: We... we surrender! Please don't kill us.

Aika: Tell us how to open the seal, and we'll let you live!

Valuan Soldier: That's impossible! Our entire army couldn't open it!

Valuan Soldier: Our commanders aren't concerned with the Yellow Crystal right now because it's already in Valua and it's safe from you.

Drachma: Hmm... That makes sense. They'll go after the other Crystals first...

Vyse: Something's not right... You'd think that this area would be more heavily guarded. Where are the rest of your men?

Valuan Soldier: They're preparing for the raid on Nasrad.

Aika: What?! Valua is going to start a war with Nasr?

Valuan Soldier: I, I think so. I'm just a grunt, so I don't know any of the details...

Valuan Soldier: And there was a giant arcwhale... It destroyed a few of our ships recently... One of our Admirals is hunting it.

Drachma: A giant arcwhale?!

Drachma: Rhaknam is here?! Answer me!

Valuan Soldier: I, I don't know for certain. Some fog rolled in yesterday and there were sightings of a huge creature!

Drachma: That means it's probably still in the area.

Drachma: I have to go after Rhaknam...

Drachma: I've been following you kids around looking for the Crystals all this time... but now it's your turn to follow me.

What will you do?: "We understand. We'll go with you..." "It's too dangerous..."

Vyse: Well, it doesn't look like we'll be able to get to the Yellow Crystal anytime soon. Okay Drachma, we'll go with you.

Drachma: Very well... Now the time has come for me to finally face Rhaknam.

Drachma: He was the reason that I got the Harpoon Cannon in the first place... I'm going to kill him... or die tryin'.

Vyse: It's too dangerous! Rhaknam will kill us all.

Drachma: If you don't come with me, I'm leavin' you here... In the hands of the Valuans.

Drachma: It looks like you don't have much of a choice... boy...

What will you do?: "Return to the Little Jack." "Stay here a little while longer."

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay here a little while longer."

Vyse: Man... I can't believe that there's a Gigas sealed somewhere under this thing...

Enrique: The Yellow Moon Crystal and the Yellow Gigas are sealed beneath this stone tablet. We cannot enter the Maw of Tartas from here, though.

Enrique: But, there is an interconnected series of tunnels and crevasses underneath Valua. We might be able to get in through there.

Vyse: Hm? I can hear someone talking...

Valuan Soldier: Moon Energy System operating within normal parameters. Power supply to the entire base is flowing smoothly.

Valuan Soldier: Okay, the inspection for this area is done. Let's go to the next one.

Vyse: (I think that's the control area for the base's power.)

Vyse: (I think that's the control area for the base's power.)

Vyse: It's a fan. It's probably for ventilation. I don't think I should get too close...

Vyse: But, it looks like there's a passageway behind it. Hmm... I wonder if there's a way to stop the fan...

Vyse: Whoa, now that's scary... This must be an elevator shaft.

Vyse: Hm, it won't open... It's probably locked or barred from the other side.

Enrique: Gregorio! Gregorio!!

Vyse: It's no use... It's locked from the other side.

Galcian: Stop, Air Pirate!

Vyse: Hm? I can hear someone talking...

Valuan Soldier: So, these are the schematics that Lord De Loco designed. With his new design, his ship is supposed to be able to fly into Deep Sky?

Valuan Soldier: That's what I hear. But it's not like I can understand any of it anyway. It all looks like scribbles to me.

Valuan Soldier: Well, I heard that Lord De Loco was going to take Lord Galcian to take a look around the Chameleon today...

Valuan Soldier: What!? If they see us slacking off here we're done for! Let's get out of here!

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay here a little while longer."

Vyse: It's no use... It's locked from the other side.

Vyse: We can't let Gregorio's sacrifice be in vain! We need to get out of here now!!

Vyse: Damn! It won't open! Something's holding the door shut!

Aika: Vyse, we don't have time! Let's get out of here!!

Vyse: Hm? I can hear someone talking...

Valuan Soldier: I still don't get why they would build a base down here. What's the point? There's nothing down here other than wind.

Valuan Soldier: I hear they're trying to build an elevator that goes all the way into Deep Sky...

Valuan Soldier: D, Deep Sky?! My mom told me when I was a kid that Deep Sky is the land of the dead!!

Valuan Solider: An elevator that goes into Deep Sky? Unbelievable...

Valuan Soldier: Intruders!! Get them!!

Vyse: Hm? I can hear someone talking...

Valuan Soldier: Hey, did you hear? Lord Galcian is building a new top-secret flagship.

Valuan Soldier: It'll probably be even more powerful than his old ship, the Serpent. I swear... that Lord Galcian really is something.

Valuan Soldier: Did you know that Lord Galcian has never been defeated in battle? He's a military genius!

Valuan Soldier: As long as Lord Galcian is around to lead us, we'll be fine. I doubt there's anyone who could defeat him.

Valuan Soldier: You... you're Vyse!? What are you doing here!?

Would you like to try again?: "I never give up!" "I quit."

Galcian: Well, Vyse...

Galcian: It looks like we meet again.

Vyse: Galcian!

Galcian: Heh... Not only once, but twice, you escaped from the Grand Fortress. Very impressive.

Galcian: However... do not think you will escape a third time.

Enrique: Galcian... What is Valua planning to do by building a place like this?

Galcian: If it isn't the Little Prince... Whatever Valua does, Your Highness, is no longer any of your concern, if I'm not mistaken.

Galcian: You were the one who threw away your responsibilities and sided with these... pirates.

Enrique: I did not throw away my responsibilities! I am working to rebuild the Empire!

Galcian: Heh heh heh... It matters not to me. I have no interest in Valua anymore.

Galcian: I shall dispose of you here, once and for all.

Enrique: ...

Vyse: This is great... Of all people to get caught by...

Aika: Vyse! Behind you!

Gregorio: It has been a while, Prince Enrique.

Enrique: Gregorio?!!

Enrique: How ironic... that fate has lead us both here to pit sword against sword with each other.

Gregorio: Do not worry. I am not here to fight you.

Enrique: What? What are you doing?!

Galcian: Gregorio... You understand the consequences of your actions...

Gregorio: Lord Galcian... It appears that YOU do not understand the consequences of YOUR actions.

Gregorio: You wish to revive the ancient horrors and use them to make the world yours...

Gregorio: I cannot sit back and watch you destroy the world!

Enrique: What are you doing?

Gregorio: Prince... you spoke the truth when we last met at Esparanza. The Empire has chosen the wrong path.

Gregorio: You and Vyse are the only ones that can stop the Armada.

Gregorio: Prince Enrique... Let my last act be in your honor.

Enrique: Why?

Gregorio: I will hold him off. Escape while you can.

Enrique: What are you saying?! We will fight with you!

Gregorio: You must not take Galcian lightly! He is more powerful than you can imagine.

Gregorio: And this is a military base of the Armada... If you don't escape soon, we will all be surrounded.

Gregorio: If you die here... the world will be doomed.

Gregorio: Go... our last hopes lie with you... Young Prince.

Gregorio: I earned the nickname Iron Wall Admiral. I won't let him past me.

Gregorio: And, I will be able to die defending you. I cannot ask for a higher honor.

Enrique: Wait! Don't do this!!!

Gregorio: Young Prince... Captain Vyse... Please... You must stop Galcian... You are our last hope...

Gregorio: Farewell!

Enrique: NOOO!!!

Galcian: Gregorio... Have you made your peace?

Gregorio: I am ready to die, Lord Galcian, but I shall die defending my people against a tyrant.

Vyse: Hm? I can hear someone talking...

Vyse: What's this? It looks like plans to a ship...

Aika: These must be the plans for the ship that Gilder was talking about.

Fina: I think you're right, Aika.

Vyse: All the specs... from the hull to the engine... they're all written here!

Enrique: This ship is Admiral De Loco's ship, the Chameleon.

Enrique: It appears that his ship is being modified according to these plans.

Vyse: Well, now that we have this, we might be able to get to Deep Sky.

Vyse: We've gotten what we came here for! Let's get out of here!

De Loco: Hehehe... We are currently strengthening the walls of the bridge...

Galcian: Increase the speed of the construction. Finish it within the week.

Galcian: ...Hmm.

Galcian: Heh... Well well well... what do we have here?

Galcian: This time, I will be sure to dispose of you all permanently.

You received the "Ship Schematics."

Galcian: Admirals of the Valuan Armada...

Galcian: I have urgent news that affects all of you.

Alfonso: Hoho! Words of wisdom from the Grand Admiral himself? Please... enlighten us.

Galcian: From this day forth, the Armada will no longer be under the Empress' control.

Galcian: Those that do not wish to walk this path that I have chosen, leave now. Those that wish to hear my plans, stay.

Alfonso: What? What is this?!

Gregorio: Admiral Galcian! Do you know what you are saying?!

Alfonso: Have you gone insane, Galcian?! Are you rebelling against the Empress?

Galcian: Hahaha... Fear not, Alfonso. I still have my wits about me. I am following my own path. It's your decision whether or not you wish to follow me.

Alfonso: Hehehe... So, Galcian finally shows his true intentions...

Alfonso: Those words are treasonous! The punishment is death!

Alfonso: Ramirez?!

Ramirez: If you speak in that manner again, I shall cleave you in two.

Alfonso: What? What do you mean?

Galcian: Wait, Ramirez... There is no need for you to waste your energy on this whelp.

Galcian: What about the rest of you? Will you follow me?

Belleza: Lord Galcian...

Vigoro: It doesn't make any difference to me. As long as I get to fight, I don't care who's in charge.

De Loco: I will stay in the Armada as well. I still haven't finished building the ship that can go into Deep Sky.

De Loco: Also, if I stay in the Armada... I'll probably get to fight Vyse again! Hehehehe!!!

Gregorio: ......

Galcian: Gregorio... What will you do?

Gregorio: Lord Galcian... What is your goal?

Gregorio: I do not think that you are seeking the Imperial Throne... What is it you want?

Galcian: Hahaha... You are correct... That is not my goal.

Galcian: I want more power... More control than Valua has ever had. That is all I will say for now.

Gregorio: Lord Galcian... Just what are you up to...

Enrique: Gregorio... you were like family to me...

Valuan Soldier: Lord Galcian! What is going on?!

Galcian: ...Send him back to Valua. And make sure his body is well taken care of. It is worth more than your life.

Valuan Soldier: Yes, Lord Galcian!

Galcian: Gregorio... you were always the kind to be the last to stay on a sinking ship.

Vyse: I hope this works!

Gilder: Well, there's only one way to find out.

Aika: Alright! It's moving!

Vyse: Yeah! It looks like this will take us straight to Soltis!

You'll be dead before you get there.

Vyse: Huh?

Vigoro: Hey there, Red! Did you miss me?

Aika: Ewww... It's Vigoro!!!

Vigoro: I've been thinking about you...

Aika: I can't believe this guy! He just doesn't know when to give up!!

Vigoro: I remember you... Vyse. This time, I'm ready for you!

Vyse: Let's settle this once and for all!

Vigoro: Heh... I... I give up... You're the better man.

Vigoro: I didn't think that there was anyone else in this world other than Lord Galcian that could best me...

Vigoro: Galcian and Ramirez are down below. Good luck, kid.

Vigoro: Red... Looks like this is good-bye...

Vigoro: "The strongest man has the right to be with the finest woman."

Vigoro: Vyse just stomped me pretty good... So, I don't deserve you.

Aika: Wow, maybe if you didn't come on so strong, you might actually be appealing. So what are you going to do now?

Vigoro: I don't know... Maybe I'll become an Air Pirate like you guys...

Vigoro: As long as there are beautiful women in this world... I'll keep fighting!

Vigoro: So long, Blue Rogues! Maybe we'll run into each other again!

Gilder: Vyse! What's going on?!

Vyse: I don't know!

Aika: You've got to be kidding!

Vyse: I'm trying! I'm trying!

Vyse: ...It's no use. There's no power!

Vyse: I got an idea!

Fina: Vyse?

Aika: Vyse! What do you think you're doing?!

Vyse: Come on! Let's go!

Aika: Let's go?! What do you mean, "Let's go?"

Aika: You... you don't mean...

Vyse: Yes. We're going to run up the rail.

Vyse: Hurry! I don't know how much longer it will hold!

Aika: You're serious?!

Gilder: Vyse, umm... Some of us aren't as young as we used to be you know...

Vyse: What's that?!

Gilder: It's Soltis!

Vyse: Hurry, this railing isn't going to last much longer!

Aika: Fina... you go first!

Fina: Okay!

Vyse: RUN!!! Go! Go! Go!

Galcian: Admirals, the five Crystals are now in our possession. The day of our domination over the world is drawing near.

Ramirez: My Lord, if you will excuse me. I must go to the place of which we spoke and finish the final preparations.

Vigoro: Wow, Galcian, I'm impressed. You destroyed Vyse's base and retrieved the Crystals... Sounds like it's all under control.

Vigoro: I'll be at my ship awaiting further orders...

Belleza: ......

Galcian: ...What is the matter, Belleza? You look like you have something on your mind. Share it with me.

Belleza: ......

Belleza: Admiral Galcian... Please reconsider...

Belleza: If we call down the Rains of Destruction, so many innocent lives will be lost.

Belleza: Please... We... we don't need to raise Soltis...

Galcian: Belleza... Will you betray me as Gregorio did?

Belleza: No! I have no intention of ever betraying you, my lord.

Belleza: Because... I...

Galcian: Good. I do not wish to fight an unnecessary battle.

Galcian: As long as Valua does not resist, there should be no reason to use the Rains of Destruction.

Belleza: Admiral Galcian... what should I do?

Galcian: I do not see Alfonso anywhere. He is probably on his way to inform Her Majesty of my betrayal.

Galcian: Belleza, I want you to return to the Imperial Palace and remind the Empress of my loyalty to Valua. Wait by her side, until further orders.

Galcian: Trickery is your specialty. Now, you can use your abilities to stop unnecessary bloodshed.

Belleza: ...Yes, my lord. I will leave right away.

Galcian: Heh heh heh... Farewell Belleza, you have served me well...

Aika: Do we really have to go in through that vortex?

Fina: I... I'm afraid that I don't know anything about Deep Sky... I'm a little scared...

Enrique: The world beneath the clouds... where not even light can reach...

Vyse: Alright! We're going under! We have to find Fina's ship!

Vyse: Close the pressure shutters!

Vyse: Start the submergence engine! Submerge!

me127b.sct[ | ]

Vyse: So this is the world beneath the clouds... It's kinda creepy...

Enrique: The surface is covered with a thick layer of mud. Fina's ship is probably stuck in it somewhere.

Aika: How are we supposed to look for Fina's ship down here? It could be anywhere!

Enrique: Don't worry. Brabham told me before we left that he installed something he called "Moon Stone Sonar" into the Delphinus.

Enrique: It's a device that uses the energy from Moon Stones to detect physical objects. You can use it by pressing the B Button.

Enrique: Once you press the Button, the sonar will send out a wave of energy. If it detects anything, a "?" will appear on the map.

Enrique: But, if it doesn't find anything, nothing will happen.

Enrique: You'll need to send out a few sonar waves as we move around in order to try and pinpoint where the object is.

Enrique: Then, once we've narrowed the location down, press the A Button to lower the crane.

Enrique: If there's something under the mud, the crane should pull it out.

Vyse: I see... Find it with the sonar, then pull it out with the crane, huh?

Enrique: The sonar uses a lot of energy, so we can only use it 10 times.

Enrique: But if we go back above the clouds, we can recharge the sonar to be able to use it for 10 more tries.

Aika: So if we run out of sonar charges, we just go back up, huh? Okay, let's start searching!

...Grrrrrr!

Aika: Oh, no! The crane grabbed some kind of strange creature!

Vyse: I must've searched in the wrong place! Battlestations, everyone! It looks like it's going to attack!!!

...Grrrrrr!

Aika: Oh no, not again!

Vyse: We're going to get attacked again! Battlestations, everyone!

...Grrrrrr!

Aika: Vyse! You idiot!!! I can't believe this! Don't you know how to use that thing?!

Vyse: Great, looks like this wasn't the right place, either... Well, you all know the routine... Battlestations...

...Grrrrrr!

Aika: Come on, Vyse! I'm getting tired of this! Maybe I should be captain!

Vyse: S, sorry Aika. Hate to put you all through this again, but... battlestations, everyone.

...Grrrrrr!

Aika: .....................

Vyse: Um... Sorry... um... well... yeah. Battlestations...... Please?

You received 1 piece of "Velorium."

You received 1 piece of "Velorium."

Aika: The crane grabbed onto something!

Vyse: Pull it up!

Aika: We did it!!! It's Fina's ship!

Vyse: Great job! Aika, hurry and get it on board!

Aika: Aye aye!

Vyse: Fina, you'll finally be able to get home with this!

Fina: Yes. Thank you very much.

Fina: ......

Fina: This means that I'll have to leave you...

Vyse: Oh, Fina... I...

Vyse: Aaahh! What was that?!

Aika: There was an explosion off the port bow!

Aika: Vyse! Something's coming!

De Loco: Hehehehe... I found you, Vyse!

De Loco: I still haven't forgotten what you did to my ship, the Chameleon, at Ixa'taka!

De Loco: This underworld will be your grave! I shall have my revenge! REVENGE!!!

Vyse: That was the ship that De Loco was building at Dangral.

Vyse: Aika, did you secure Fina's ship?

Aika: Yes. It's onboard already.

Vyse: Alright! All hands to battlestations! Here is our chance to finally rid the world of that psycho!

Vyse: Visibility is poor, so it'll be hard to hit him when he's far away! Try and attack from close range!

De Loco: No! No! NO! How... how could the Chameleon be defeated three times?! Not one time, not two times, but THREE TIMES!!!

De Loco: This can't be! This can't be! This is all just a dream! Just an illusion! I... I refuse to believe it!

Vice Captain: Admiral! Get a hold of yourself!

De Loco: ......

De Loco: Hehe... Hehehehe...

Vice Captain: Admiral? Are you alright?

De Loco: MWAHAHAHA!!! This time, dear little Vyse, I've prepared something special just for you!

De Loco: It's not over yet, Vyse! I still have one last trick up my sleeve!!!

De Loco: Fire the De Loco Harpoon Cannon!!!

Vyse: What was that?!!!

De Loco: Mwahahahaha!!! I shall defeat you with a Harpoon Cannon, just like you defeated me!!!

De Loco: I'll get you this time, Vyse! I'll get you! I'll get you!

De Loco: Aahhhh!! Hot! Hot! Hot!

De Loco: Somebody help me!!! Somebody tell me this is just a bad dream!!

Aika: It looks like that's the end of bubble head...

Vyse: Yeah... but that was a tough fight. If we took on too much damage, we would have been stuck down here.

Vyse: Well, we retrieved Fina's ship... Let's go back up! This place gives me the creeps!

Enrique: I've brought plenty of medicines and healing crystals with me, so if you get wounded, just let me know and I'll take care of you.

What will you do?: "Ask for first aid." "Nothing for now."

Vyse: Thanks, Enrique.. Some medicine would really help right now.

Enrique: No problem. Okay, hold still.

Enrique: All right, there you go. Good luck, Vyse!

Vyse: Thanks, but maybe later.

Enrique: Okay, but be sure to let me know whenever you need a little help. Good luck!

Enrique: Do you need some first aid, Vyse?

What will you do?: "Ask for first aid." "Nothing for now."

Vyse: We're not leaving this ship until we've defeated Galcian!

me130d.sct[ | ]

Fina: That looks like the bridge... Galcian must be in there.

Vyse: Well, I guess we'll just have to break that door down, won't we?

That will not be necessary.

Aika: Galcian!

Galcian: I did not realize that there were still this many people foolish enough to resist me.

Galcian: And you, Vyse, have caused me more trouble than anyone.

Vyse: Thanks. It's an Air Pirate's duty to cause trouble... I feel so accomplished.

Vyse: But there's one more thing I'd like to accomplish...

Vyse: I want to rid the world of you.

Galcian: Heh heh... Very amusing... but this world shall be mine! It's a pity you won't be around to see it.

Galcian: Now, you shall feel my wrath!

Galcian: How... could... this be?! I... I will not... be... defeated...

Vyse: Your reign of terror is over!

Galcian: I don't think so...

Galcian: You may have won the battle, but I shall have my revenge!

Aika: What?! The bridge!

Galcian: Fools, when will you realize that you cannot stop me!

Galcian: Now I shall destroy every last one of you.

Vyse: I thought he was too arrogant to have an escape pod!

Aika: Vyse, he's getting away! We have to do something!

Fina: If he gets away, he'll retreat back to Soltis and we'll never get a chance to stop him!

Vyse: The other pirates are tied up fighting with the Armada!

Gilder: ...Huh?

Gilder: Hey... What's that?!

Aika: It's Belleza's ship!

Gilder: Hey... something's not right... No... you don't think...?!

Ramirez: Lord Galcian!

Galcian: Belleza! You... survived the attack on Valua?

Belleza: Lord Galcian, so many innocent people died by your hand. Women and children... bled to death in the streets...

Belleza: As an Admiral in the Armada, I feel that I am responsible for their deaths... as much as you are.

Galcian: What... what are you doing?! I command you to stop!!!

Belleza: Good-bye, my love.

Vyse: She... she sacrificed her own life to stop Galcian...

Fina: Oh, Belleza...

me131a.sct[ | ]

Vyse: Hngh... It won't open! Something's holding the door shut! It won't budge!!

Aika: Vyse, we don't have time! Let's get out of here!!

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay here a little while longer."

Vyse: Hngh... It won't open! Something's holding the door shut! It won't budge!!

Aika: Vyse, we don't have time! Let's get out of here!!

What will you do?: "Return to the Delphinus." "Stay here a little while longer."

Vyse: Zivilyn Bane... Well, he got away. I guess that's a victory for us. Kind of.

Aika: He's on the Wanted List, too, right? Next chance we get, let's stop by a Sailors' Guild! We gotta go get our gold!!!

Vyse: This is amazing!

Galcian: Heh heh... So, you made it this far...

Vyse: Galcian! Ramirez!!

Vyse: What is that?!

Fina: Vyse... that sphere is the Silver Gigas, Zelos!!

Vyse: What?! That's the Gigas?

Aika: Vyse! Look!!

Vyse: The Moon Crystals!!

Fina: They're using the Crystals to break the seal!

Galcian: Heh heh heh... Once Zelos is freed, I shall control the greatest weapon of all time!

Galcian: I will be able to call down the Rains of Destruction at will!

Galcian: And then, my reign shall begin! The six Moons shall obey my commands!

Ramirez: You may live long enough to see it... Then again, you may not!

Galcian: Heh... very good. You would have only disappointed me if you died. But you are too late.

Vyse: He broke the seal!!!

Galcian: Zelos! I am your master! Raise the Lost Continent of Soltis!

Galcian: From this day forth, Soltis shall be my castle!

Galcian: Farewell, Air Pirates! This place shall become your grave!

Fina: Vyse, we've got to hurry. Zelos is raising Soltis!

Fina: We have to get back to Dangral Island!

Aika: We can't stay here! Vyse, hurry!

Vyse: Damn... We were so close...!

Vyse: Alright, everyone! Go! Back to Dangral Island!

me131i.sct[ | ]

Ramirez: NO!!!

Ramirez: Lord Galcian... you shall be avenged!

Vyse: There's Zelos... Well, we made it...

Fina: Ramirez?!

Ramirez: Why... did you do it?

Ramirez: Why... did you kill him?

Ramirez: ... Why did you kill him?!

Fina: Ramirez... it's okay... it's over now... come with us...

Ramirez: Lord Galcian was the only man fit to rule this pathetic world...

Ramirez: He was the only man capable of saving these fools from their wretched existence...

Ramirez: And you...

Ramirez: You murdered him!!!

Ramirez: You shall pay! No... not just you...

Ramirez: The whole world shall pay! The Rains will wash away all of you!!! I swear it!

Ramirez: It... It was what Lord Galcian would have wanted...

Ramirez: You have sealed the fate of this world by killing the only man who could have saved it! And now you will die!!!
